Abstract: A multi veneer anchor structural assembly for interconnection between the inner wythe and the outer wythe of an edifice. The assembly includes a pair of base members mounted in spanning relationship with at least vertical channels which form the frame of an edifice. A vertical plate is connected between the base members and has formed thereon a plurality of outwardly projecting vertical members each of which is engagable with a wall tie; with the wall ties being connected to an outer wythe. The assembly forms part of a drywall construction system which includes an insulating strip disposed between adjacent ones of the vertical plates, thereby providing a complete insulating layer for the edifice. In an alternate embodiment, the vertical plate is fabricated with a plurality of locally deformed areas which results in a high degree of stiffness of the veneer anchor structural assembly.

Abstract: A gripstay channel veneer anchor assembly includes a channel member which abuttingly engages an insulation layer which in turn abuttingly engages a plurality of support members which form the inner wythe of an edifice. A clip securement menber projects through apertures in the channel member, pierces the insulation member and abuttingly engages the support member. A mounting screw is provided which connects the clip securement member, the channel member and the support member to form a rigid and reliable structure.
Abstract: A veneer anchor for use in a dry wall construction system which anchor comprises a plate member having a vertically projecting bar portion secured thereto and disposed in substantially parallel relationship with said plate member. The plate member includes end members disposed in substantially perpendicular relationship with respect to said plate member with the end members being bifurcated and having a pronged outer end configuration. The anchor is employed to secure a wall board or insulation layer to a vertical channel or standard framing member and to thereafter maintain the structural integrity of securement of the anchor with respect to the channel or framing member, notwithstanding the ultimate shifting, deterioration or disposition of the wall board or insulation layer. Thereafter, a wall-tie is inserted between the plate member and the projecting bar portion and the wall-tie is built into the outer wythe of the wall system.
