Abstract: A method of establishing a phone conversation between an initiator's device and a destination device and an Internet based communication system. The method comprises the steps of instructing one or more internal private branch exchange (PBX) telephone network/s to initiate separate calls to the initiator's device and the destination device respectively using existing termination option/s of the PBX network/s over an Internet network based system; and bridging of the two separate calls to establish a phone conversation between the initiator's device and the destination device.
