Abstract: Disclosed are modularized garment manufacturing method and system for small quantity batch production of garments. Basic components constituting an ordered garment are generated by analyzing shape graphic data of the ordered garment. For each basic component, basic patterns are generated for each dimension of the ordered garment. The basic patterns are compared with reference garment patterns stored in a garment pattern database to determine a pattern category of each basic pattern. Based on the pattern category of the basic patterns and information on garment production lines currently in operation, subdivided work modules are determined for each basic pattern.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a system for creating garment design and an integrated application program for the same. Program modules for works such as making garment flat sketches (2D design), patterns and work orders, and performing 3D drape simulations, etc. are implemented as one integrated software package and can be made into one executable file. With the software package, garment patterns can be created in a parametric design manner. Parametric garment patterns can be imported to be performed 3D drape simulation on a 3D human model, and the size and shape of the patterns can be modified if necessary. The modification history of the patterns is stored separately, and even if the size of the pattern is changed, a pattern in which the modification history is reflected can be automatically generated.

Abstract: The present invention can combine fabrics in a seamless manner by forming at least one bonding pattern line by a process comprising: printing and drying a heat-reactive adhesive on the inner surface of an inner fabric, and/or an outer fabric or an optional mesh material in a predetermined pattern, laminating said inner fabric, optional reinforced material and outer fabric, and then high-frequency heating them under pressing with a pressing pattern the same as the printing pattern to bond the inner fabric, and outer fabric. Since the present invention combines fabrics by employing a high-frequency bonding manner in which a heat-reactive adhesive is used, it is possible to combine fabrics in a seamless manner with a bonding pattern line which is composed of a bonding line with excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with a good clearness and finishing quality.
Abstract: A device for preparation of double fabric for down products comprises a printing means that can print an adhesive in a predetermined printing pattern on fabric; a drying means that can dry or fix the adhesive; a laminating means that can stack and laminate the fabrics on which an adhesive is printed; and a bonding means that can bond the fabrics with a cured adhesive by pressing with a predetermined pressing means and high-frequency heating to cure the adhesive; wherein said printing pattern and the pressing pattern are the same in pattern (shape), can be overlapped on the basis of the center line and have a difference in size (width) of 20% or less. Consequently, double fabric for down products thus manufactured has an excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with good clearness and finishing quality.
Abstract: A process of manufacturing a down product comprises at least one bonding pattern line for the compartment separation without forming sewing holes by printing and drying a heat-reactive adhesive on the inner surface of an inner fabric, an optional mesh material and/or an outer fabric in a predetermined pattern, laminating said inner fabric, optional mesh material and/or outer fabric, and then high-frequency heating them under pressing with a pressing pattern the same as the printing pattern to bond the inner fabric, optional mesh material and outer fabric. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a down product having a bonding pattern line composed of a bonding line with excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with good clearness and finishing quality as well as to achieve a mass production of down products by mechanization and automation.
