Abstract: A drainage device includes a cover body formed of a top and a cylindrical body portion, an opening defined in a bottom side of said cylindrical body portion of said over body, air outlets located in a top side of the cylindrical body portion, a shoulder extended around a middle part of the cylindrical body portion, an outer wall downwardly extended from the shoulder around the cylindrical body portion, and air inlets located on the outer wall. The drainage device cover is mounted on a mounting plate of a drainage device and covered over a motor such that the cylindrical body portion has the bottom edge thereof isolated from the mounting plate, the air outlets face toward the exhaust fan of the motor, and the bottom edge of the outer wall is abutted against the top surface of the mounting plate.

Abstract: A check valve mounting structure includes a seat plate including a mounting hole and linked notches, a tubular bottom fitting with the top end thereof aimed at the mounting hole and having lugs extended from the periphery, and a holder block including a top receptacle, a shoulder and a bottom receptacle, which includes protruding portions outwardly extended from the periphery, first channels upwardly extended from the bottom side to a predetermined distance and second channels respectively and horizontally extended from the top ends of the first channels toward the periphery thereof. The bottom receptacle is attached onto the tubular bottom fitting, allowing the protruding portions to pass through the notches. The lugs are respectively inserted into the first channels and the second channels.

Abstract: A drainage device with a low-noise drainage shell for air-conditioning equipment is disclosed to include a housing, a motor, a radiating fan, a drainage shell, and a drainage blade. The motor is mounted in the housing. The radiating fan is mounted in the housing above the motor. The drainage shell mounted in the housing and has a drainage partition block extended from an inside wall thereof to divide the inside space of the drainage shell into an accommodation trough and a drainage trough in communication with each other. The drainage partition block has a backwardly upwardly tilted sloping surface. Thus, the sloping surfaces of the drainage partition block can guide the drain water smoothly to the drainpipe to reduce the water resistance, thereby significantly reducing the level of water drain noise.

Abstract: A drainage fitting is mounted to an air-conditioner drainage device having a waste collector provided with an inlet and an outlet. The drainage fitting is composed of a drainage connector having an annular protrusion externally and defining an upper part and a lower part, between which the annular protrusion is located, the lower part being mounted inside the outlet, the annular protrusion being stopped against the waste collector; at least two guide members being fixed to the waste collector and located at two opposite sides around the outlet and each having a guide recess facing the other, and a locating member having a hollow portion, against which the upper part of the drainage connector can be stopped, and having two sides inserted into the guide recesses to lie against the annular protrusion.

Abstract: A water level sensor switch installed in a sidewall of a water tank for detecting its water level is disclosed to include a housing having two bearing portions clamped on two opposite sides of the sidewall of the water tank and a tightening up screw fastened to a vertical wall at a different plane relative to the bearing portions and stop against the sidewall of the water tank to affix the housing to the water tank, a micro switch mounted in the housing, and a float connected to a switching lever of the micro switch outside the housing for biasing the switching lever up and down subject to the level of water in the water tank.

Abstract: Mounted in a bottom side of a water discharge device of a refrigeration/air-conditioning system for collecting waste water, a vermin-protective, high-strength and high beauty water pan is disclosed to include a bottom portion, and an upright peripheral wall extending along the border of the bottom portion and having at least one overflow port. The upright peripheral wall has a part curved inwards, defining a recessed open chamber, a recessed wall portion that surrounds the recessed open chamber, a bridge wall portion that suspends above the recessed open chamber and has the topmost edge thereof higher than the topmost edge of the recessed wall portion, and a plurality of ribs that are connected between the recessed wall portion and the bridge wall portion and divide the space in between the recessed wall portion and the bridge wall portion into multiple overflow holes that form one overflow port.

Abstract: A motor shield covered on a motor of a drainage device over a cooling vane is disclosed to include a shield body having an arched portion and a straight portion, a guide wall disposed in the shield body and having an arched segment and a straight segment connected to the straight portion of the shield body, an airflow zone defined in the shield body in an interference relationship relative to the cooling vane and surrounded by the arched segment and straight segment of the guide wall and the arched portion and straight portion of the shield body, horizontally extending air outlets and vertically extending air outlets respectively located on the arched portion and straight portion of the shield body, and air inlets located on the periphery of the shield body. During rotation of the cooling vane, a flow of air is induced to carry heat out of the shield body through the vertically and horizontally extending air outlets efficiently.
