  • Patent number: 10863278
Abstract: A Bluetooth headset combined with antenna and touch sensor, which integrates a sensing touch member inside a button of the Bluetooth headset with a Bluetooth antenna. The antenna element with touch function increases the density of the earphone component, in addition to the waterproof improvement, and the Bluetooth antenna is set near the external position of the Bluetooth headset, which makes the audio signal transmission effect clearer. Further, a first touch matching circuit, a second touch matching circuit and a changeover switch are electrically connected between the antenna element and the touch sensing module. When the signal of the antenna element is blocked, the changeover switch automatically switches between the first touch matching circuit and the second touch matching circuit to perform frequency adjustment and selects the better signal of the first or second touch matching circuit to do a circuit matching.

  • Patent number: 10155697
Abstract: A composite dielectric ceramic material having anti-reduction and high temperature stability characteristics includes the main component of (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) formulated in accordance with the relative molar ratio of up to 100 mole composite dielectric ceramics and a predetermined ratio of one or multiple oxide subcomponents corresponding to 100 moles of the main component. The oxide subcomponents of Li2TiO3, BaSiO3, (Ba0.6Ca0.4)SiO3 and SiO2 can be used as sintering aids to provide a sintering promotion effect. The oxide subcomponents of CaO, MnO, MgO can also be selected used to improve dielectric stability. More particularly, CaO has the advantages of improving the anti-reduction ability and increasing the coefficient of resistance. Therefore, with the adding of the oxide subcomponents and their interactions, the rate of change of the TCC curve of the composite dielectric ceramic material (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) in the temperature range of ?55° C.˜200° C.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing process for the ceramics substrate, more particularly attaching a dry membrane to a surface of the metallic layer of the ceramics substrate, and removing the dry membrane from the circuit portion after exposure and development process to expose the metallic layer therein. Furthermore, the conductive metallic layer coated onto the surface of the metallic layer of the circuit, and the etching resistance layer is coated onto the surface of the conductive metallic layer, and further the dry membrane is removed and the conductive metallic layer and the metallic layer are etched. The etchant is blocked by the etching resistance layer to prevent etchant from directly contacting the surface of the conductive metallic layer. Thus, the predetermined width of the circuit will not be reduced and the precision of the circuit size can be upgraded.
