Abstract: A system and method includes storing user information, advertiser information and electronic user interest information including one or more of questions and factual information regarding a plurality of topics. A request for information is received from a first user computing device, and at least one relevance factor is determined, based on at least a relationship of the electronic request for information with one or more of the user information, the advertiser information and the user interest information. A likelihood of receiving electronic information from the first user computing device is determined and at least some advertiser information is selected, based on at least the at least one relevance factor. First electronic user interest information is selected and a transmission including the first electronic user interest information and the at least some electronic advertiser information is generated and transmitted to the first user computing device.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for categorizing intellectual property and providing a solicitation to a plurality of registered members for sponsorship in the intellectual property. In response to a reply to the solicitation, materials associated with the intellectual property are provided and in response to the solicitation and/or the provided materials, a first acceptance to the sponsorship is received. Further, in response to the solicitation and/or the provided materials, a second acceptance to the sponsorship. At least one license to at least some of the classified intellectual property is provided to at least one of the registered members at a maximum threshold value.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for interactive exchange of information. A database stores preference information related to a plurality of individuals. The processor is operable to retrieve and provide information response to prompted requests. A module receives requests for information from a user and the database provider in tandem. A search results module is operable to provide a first search result and is further operable to provide a second search result that relates to the first search results. The first search result relates to a first group of the plurality of users and the second search result relates to a second group of a plurality of the users of the database that is distinct from the first group, and the first search result includes first preference information and the second search result includes second preference information.

A first group of users having user information corresponding to information received from a first user is determined. A selection representing a user is received, and a modified first group is determined including by adding the selected user to the first group. Advertiser(s) meeting a threshold of targeting criteria is selected for displaying a message with at least two previously received messages from a second group of users that is based at least on a previously received message from someone of the modified first group by a point in time. A unique information assembly is generated by integrating information from previously received messages from the second group and a message from the advertiser(s), which is provided for display for the first user.

Abstract: A system and method for accessing actual human personal preference and opinion data, whose unique demographic parameters are defined by an individual Internet user. The system includes a computer linked to a specialized database that allows individual Internet users to supply and access human personal preference data according to trait and preference variable data input to the system. The data input to the system includes the personal traits and personal preferences of individuals, including feelings, opinions, issues and purchasing or commercial preferences. A data correlating program provides data sorting parameters that are defined by selected degrees of human trait and preference variables. Users, or those accessing the database for customized data results from the overall database, may, in turn, supply information to the database, or build a data profile, should they indicate that the data they seek pertains to individuals similar to themselves.
