Abstract: A method for transferring data on a graphical workspace. The graphical workspace may keep a bi-directional line of communication open between a server and user's browser, allowing for the free movement of data from the server to the user. Data may be transferred between the server and user using a single-command and/or a batch-command. The graphical workspace may be updated as soon as commands are received by either a user and/or client, which may allow for an instantaneous movement of information across the graphical workspace while using less data.
