Abstract: A server testing system is used for testing servers of a server system and includes a power source, switches, a connection device, a controlling device, and a display device. Each switch is connected to the power source and the controlling device. The controlling device is connected to the connection device and the display device. The controlling device controls each switch to connect a corresponding server to the power source. When receiving a feedback signal from a server, the connection device sends a status signal to the controlling device. The status signal triggers the controlling device to control a corresponding switch to disconnect and then connect the server to the power source. The controlling module controls the switches to turn each server on and off for a predetermined number of times and controls the display device to display a warning when a server is not working normally.

Abstract: A method for making carbon nanotube slurry is presented. At least one carbon nanotube film is provided, the at least one carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes oriented along substantially the same direction. A substrate is provided, and the at least one carbon nanotube film is attached to a surface of the substrate. The at least one carbon nanotube film is cut perpendicular the oriented direction of the carbon nanotubes with a laser to form a carbon nanotube belt. An inorganic binder and an organic carrier is provided, the carbon nanotube belt, the inorganic binder, and the organic carrier are mixed in an organic solvent to form a mixture. The organic solvent is removed.

Abstract: An adjusting device adjusts a load line of a CPU power supply circuit. The adjusting device includes a controller, a DC electronic load device, a voltage follower, an adjustable resistor, and an indicator. The controller controls the DC electronic load device to change an output current of the circuit. The voltage follower sends an output voltage of the circuit to the controller. The controller calculates the load line of the circuit based on the output current and the output voltage of the circuit, determines whether the load line satisfies the required value, changes a resistance of the adjustable resistor until the load line satisfies the required value, and sends a resistance of the adjustable resistor to the indicator.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes an input unit, an audio processing unit, a low pass filter, and at least one vibrator. The input unit is configured to generate operation signals in response to user inputs. The audio processing unit is configured to retrieve an audio file when an operation signal from the input unit for playing the audio file is received, decode the audio file, and convert the decoded audio file to analog audio signals. The low pass filter is configured to transmit analog audio signals with heavy bass to at least one vibrator. The at least one vibrator is configured to create physical vibration in response to the analog audio signals with heavy bass to physical vibration.

Abstract: A process for treating the surface of magnesium alloy comprises providing a substrate made of magnesium alloy. The substrate is then treated with a chemical conversion treatment agent containing ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium permanganate, to form a chemical conversion film on the substrate. A ceramic coating is then formed on the chemical conversion film using vacuum sputtering.

Abstract: Provided is a test device for checking whether the position of a first circular through hole defined in a workpiece meets a tolerance requirement. The test device includes a base, a positioning block, a test pin, a floating support block, and a standard design part. The positioning block is mounted on the base and positions the workpiece. The test pin includes a cylindrical rod capped with a conical part. The floating support block is coupled to the base and supports the test pin. A central axis of the test pin is coincident with a central axis of the first circular through hole. The standard design part is mounted on the base and defines a second circular through hole. If the cylindrical rod can insert into the second circular through hole, the positioning of the first circular through hole meets the tolerance requirement.

Abstract: A server system includes a rack, a power interface, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a number of first servers, and a second server. The power interface is configured to connect the server system to an input power source. The UPS is configured to provide emergency power to the server system on a condition that the input power source fails. Each first server is configured to process data when the server system is powered by the input power source and shut down properly immediately on a condition that the input power source fails. The second server is configured to back up the data in process of the first servers in real time when the server system is powered by the input power source and configured to back up its data in process and then shut down on a condition that the input power source fails.

The plurality of control arms are rotatably connected to the base and the movable platform respectively. The second actuators are configured to respectively drive the control arms to swing. The rotation mechanism includes a shaft rotated by the first actuator. The shaft is rotatable relative to the base and the movable platform is positioned around at least two axes. The at least two axes include two axes substantially perpendicular to each other. The shaft is slidable relative to the base.

Abstract: A touch keyboard includes a touch panel, a light guide plate, a keyboard layer, and a controller. The controller is connected to the touch panel. When a user touches the touch panel, the controller determines the touch position by detecting changes in the current of the touch panel, and generates a command signal. The keyboard layer is sandwiched between the touch panel and the light guide plate. The keyboard layer includes a film and a plurality of keyboard signs printed on the film, and the positions of the keyboard signs are recorded in the controller.

Abstract: A motion detector includes a chamber, a resilient cantilever arm, a gimbal joint, an air bearing slider, and at least one piezoresistive sensor. The chamber has a front plate and a back plate located on opposite sides of the chamber, and each of the front plate and the back plate has a first through hole and a plurality of second through hole formed therein. The resilient cantilever arm is arranged in the chamber and has a free distal end. The air bearing slider is moveable coupled to the free distal end of the resilient cantilever arm via the gimbal joint. The at least one piezoresistive sensor is attached on the air bearing slider for sensing pitch, roll and yaw associated with the motion of the motion detector.

The metal sheet is positioned on one end of the operation pole and connected between the two pins. The pressure element includes an operation portion and a pressure portion. One end of the operation portion is connected to the pressure portion and another end is positioned on the first end surface. The pressure portion is above the operation pole. The operation portion pushes the operation pole so as to separate the metal sheet from the two spaced pins.

Abstract: An exemplary testing device includes a RAID unit including under test disk drives, a replacing unit including a reserve disk drive, a switching unit, a state recognition unit and a control unit. The switching unit includes buttons corresponding to the under test disk drives, respectively. Each of the buttons is switched between a first position in which a corresponding under test disk drive is in connection with the RAID unit and a second position in which the corresponding under test disk drive is disconnected from the RAID unit. The state recognition unit outputs status signals corresponding to the under test disk drives, respectively. The control unit receives the status signals from the state recognition unit and controls the reserve disk drive to successfully begin to work in replacement of the disconnected under test disk drive for rebuilding the RAID unit. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for making carbon nanotube slurry. The method includes the following steps. First, a carbon nanotube array is provided on a substrate, the carbon nanotube array comprises a number of carbon nanotubes. Second, the carbon nanotube array is trimmed by a laser to obtain a trimmed carbon nanotube array comprising a plurality of trimmed carbon nanotubes having uniform lengths. Third, the trimmed carbon nanotube array is removed from the substrate to obtain the trimmed carbon nanotubes. Fourth, the trimmed carbon nanotubes are mixed with an inorganic binder and an organic carrier to obtain the carbon nanotube slurry.

Abstract: A connection device for connecting charge-coupled device (CCD) modules to test apparatuses to test the CCD modules includes a connection unit and a test unit. The connection unit includes a plurality of connection pins. The unit under test is electrically connected to the connection unit and the test apparatuses. When the connection pins are in contact with the CCD modules, the CCD modules are electrically connected to the test apparatuses through the connection unit and the test unit, such that the test apparatus receives electric signals generated by the CCD modules to enable quality testing of the CCD modules.
