The second detector includes six or more touch sensors disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotating operation unit, and the microprocessor performs outputting the operation command corresponding to the first operation when the first operation is detected, while not outputting the operation command corresponding to the first operation even if the first operation is detected when the touch operation over a predetermined area on the outer peripheral surface is detected by the touch sensors.
