    Abstract: A component assembly system precisely aligns a plurality of components in a circumferential direction and assembles the components together. A plurality of guide channels extending radially from an axis are formed in a disc-shaped base member. A plurality of slide members on which the upper and lower ends of coils are mounted are supported in the guide channels in a slidable manner. The slide members are positioned so as to make contact with a circular first positioning member by moving the slide members inward along the guide channels in the radial direction and further positioned by fitting a cylindrical second positioning member around the outer periphery of the slide members. In the course of the slide members converging on the circumference of a circle having a center on the axis, the coils mounted on the slide members mesh with each other so as to be unified.

    Abstract: As a moveable part of the vehicle body carrying a vehicle seat moves rearward under the action of an active or passive power source as a result of a vehicle crash, the seat belt which is anchored at the moveable part at one end and a fixed part of the vehicle body at another end is pulled rearward, and performs the function to apply a deceleration to the vehicle occupant in an early phase of the vehicle crash. This is followed by a slight slackening of the seat belt as the moveable part is subjected to a forward force. The active power source typically consists of a high pressure gas generating device, and a passive power source typically consists of a G control member which transmits the deceleration of a vehicle crash to the vehicle occupant from an early phase of the crash, and/or a stopper which applies a forward force to the moveable part as the moveable part moves rearward by a prescribed distance under the action of the power source.

    Abstract: A pulser ring has cylindrical inner and outer rings nested together. The inner ring is formed at its one end with protrusions arranged at equal angular intervals. The outer ring is in the shape of a round comb and has its teeth engaged at a portion near the tip thereof in the grooves defined between the adjacent protrusions formed on the inner ring. The tip of each tooth protruding from the grooves is bent radially inwardly so as to engage the end face of the protrusion on the inner ring, thus coupling the inner ring and the outer ring together.

The deck board of a durable light weight structure, has a roughened top surface to prevent slips of a cargo. The legs are so constructed to support heavy load without deforming and collapse, and are designed to prevent absorption of moisture.
