The apparatus further includes a plurality of sensors having a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor is disposed in an inlet port of the combustion chamber to detect a first flow rate of the pressurized fluid in the inlet port. The second sensor is disposed in an exhaust port of the combustion chamber to detect a second flow rate of the pressurized fluid in the exhaust port. The apparatus further includes a notification device configured to generate an alert based on the detected first flow rate and the detected second flow rate.

The indexing gap is symmetrical about a first axis on a face of the pulser plate. A second axis defines a proximate side of the pulser plate having the indexing gap and a distal side of the pulser plate. The first axis and the second axes are orthogonal to a pulser plate axis and intersect at a center. The mass modifier includes a first mass modifier on the proximate side of the pulser plate to balance the mass of the pulser plate about the center and does not change the sensed behavior.

The delivery pressure may be varied, e.g. increased, as a thickness of the solidified outer skin increases.
