The pickup assembly includes a guide base and a pickup member. The guide base defines a second receiving cavity. The housing also defines a first receiving cavity coupling with the second receiving cavity. A first tracheal joint and a second tracheal joint are provided on the housing. The piston assembly is slidably received in the first receiving cavity and driven by the first tracheal joint. The piston assembly defines a channel coupling with the second tracheal joint. The pickup member includes a connecting portion and an ejection portion inserting through the connecting portion. The connecting portion is received in the second receiving cavity. The ejection portion defines an air vent.

Abstract: A housing structure includes a shell integrally formed in aluminum and at least one mounting member. The shell includes a bottom wall, a first end wall, a second end wall and a top wall connected to the first end wall and the second end wall. The first end wall and the second end wall extend from opposite ends of the bottom wall. The bottom wall, the first end wall, the second end wall, and the top wall cooperatively form a receiving space with at least one opening. A first installation rail and a second installation rail protrude respectively from inners wall of the first end wall and the second end wall. The at least one mounting member is connected with the first installation rail and the second installation rail to enclose the at least one opening. The disclosure also supplies an electronic device using the same.

The planetary gear assembly includes a number of planetary gear pairs movably mounted between the fixing portion and the mounting portion, a fixing shaft passing through the planetary gear pairs, and rotation members movably received between the planetary gear pairs and sleeved on the fixing shaft. Opposite ends of the fixing shaft are connected to the mounting portion and the fixing portion, respectively.

Abstract: Removal mechanism for holding a PCB includes a suction cup, a floating pin comprising a rod and a frustum-shaped head at an end, a connecting member and a positioning board for supporting the PCB opposite to a positioning surface of the suction cup, the positioning board forming a positioning post corresponding to a pinhole of the suction cup. The positioning surface of the suction cup is for holding the PCB, and defines a pinhole having a frustum-shaped opening at the positioning surface. The connecting member defines a limiting hole for receiving the head of the floating pin. The opening has an angled sliding surface, and the end of the floating pin away from the head is connected to the suction cup, and an axial and radial movement of the floating pin adjusts relative position of the suction cup and the positioning post for aligning the positioning post and the pinhole.

The elastic member drives the second housing away from the first housing when the engaging member is disengaged from the second housing. The popping delay member delays the second housing from popping out of the first housing when the identifying pin disconnects from the identifying pin connecting portion. The processor executes a program when the identifying pin and the identifying pin connecting portion are disconnected.

Abstract: An expansion apparatus includes a shell defining an opening, a baseboard mounted in the shell, and a serial advanced technology attachment dual in-line memory module (SATA DIMM) device. A memory slot, a power converter, a hard disk drive (HDD) signal expander, and a connector exposed through the opening are all arranged on the baseboard. The memory slot includes a protrusion, first power pins connected to the power converter, first ground pins, and first signal pins connected to the HDD signal expander. A control chip and storage chips are all arranged on the SATA DIMM device. An edge connector and a notch are arranged along a bottom edge of the SATA DIMM device to be detachably engaged in the memory slot. The edge connector includes second power pins connected to the control chip and the storage chips, second ground pins, and second signal pins connected to the control chip.

Abstract: Analyzation of image noise using an electronic device. The electronic device and method operating thereon can obtain an initial image captured by an image capturing device of an image measuring machine using an image capturing card of the electronic device when a lighting device of the image measuring machine is shut down, and magnifies an initial gray value of each pixel in the initial image to obtain an updated image. The electronic device and method operating thereon can further determine whether image noise in the updated image complies with a preset condition by analyzing an updated gray value of each pixel in the updated image, and displays the updated image and analysis results on a display device of the electronic device.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus includes a bracket receiving a hard disk drive (HDD), a transmission mechanism mounted on a side of the bracket, and an operation member. The transmission mechanism includes an installing frame, a first rack, and a second rack. The gear is engaged with the first and second racks. A first end of the operation member is detachably latched to the bracket, while a second end of the operation member is movably connected to the bracket. An abutting piece protrudes out from a rear end of the second rack and abuts against a rear end of the hard disk drive. The operation member is slid rearward, to push the first rack to slide rearward. The first rack drives the gear to rotate, the gear drives the second rack to slide forward, and the abutting piece abuts against the HDD to move the HDD out of the bracket.

Abstract: A method for making lithium iron phosphate is provided. In the method, an alkali is reacted with a ferric salt in water to form a red colored ferric hydroxide precipitate in the water. The red colored ferric hydroxide precipitate is mixed with deionized water, organic solvent, and emulsifier to form an water-in-oil emulsion. The phosphoric acid solution and iron metal powder are added to the water-in-oil emulsion to form ferrous hydrogen phosphate. A lithium source is introduced to the water-in-oil emulsion and reacted with the ferrous hydrogen phosphate to form a precursor in the water-in-oil emulsion. The precursor is heated in a protective gas at a heating temperature in a range from about 600° C. to about 800° C. to form lithium iron phosphate.

The Ethernet controller includes a reset pin and a disable pin, the reset pin is connected to the reset control pin via the timing adjusting circuit, and the disable pin is connected to the disable control pin via the timing adjusting circuit. The PCH sends a low logic level from the disable control pin to the disable pin to disable the Ethernet controller, and the timing adjusting circuit delays the low logic level, which makes the low logic level of the disable pin come later than the high logic level of the reset pin.

The keyboard circuit comprises an interface for connecting with the computer or the portable device, a detection circuit for detecting the logic level signal of the power supply from the computer or the portable device connected to the keyboard, and a microprocessor determining whether a computer or a portable device is connected to the keyboard in accordance with the logic level signal of the power input. The keyboard circuit uses a first communication circuit to communicate with the computer and a second communication circuit to communicate with the portable device, thus the keyboard is compatible with the computer or the portable device. The keyboard is capable of entering a sleep mode after finishing the transmission of the key codes to the computer or the portable device.

When the pressing member is located on the second position, the resilient member is deformed, and a second distance, that is greater than the first distance is defined between the pressing member and the testing platform, for disengaging the electronic device from the testing platform.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a power management unit, a touch panel including a first touch area and a second touch area, a first indicator, a second indicator, and a processing unit. The first touch area and the second touch area are respectively located on two sides of the touch panel, and is used to produce touch signals in response to a user's touch. The position of the first indicator and a second indicator are respectively corresponding to the first touch area and the second touch area. The processing unit controls the power management unit to provide power to the first indicator only when determining the first touch area is touched by the user according to the touch signals received by it, and control the power management unit to provide power to the second indicator only when determining the second touch area is touched.

Abstract: A system for establishing a center of gravity of a device under test (DUT) includes a test platform and a control device. The test platform includes three support elements and a marker. A sensor is positioned on top of each support element. The control device includes three processing modules and a central processing unit (CPU). Each sensor senses a pressure of the DUT on a support element, and outputs an analog signal to a processing module. Each processing module converts the analog signal into a digital signal, and outputs the digital signal to the CPU. The CPU controls the marker to make a mark on the DUT when values of three digital signals received from the three processing modules are equal.

Abstract: A support assembly for supporting photovoltaic panels includes a plurality of support units connected one by one. Each of the plurality of support units includes a support beam, a pair of standing posts, a strengthening bar and at least one horizontal beam. The pair of standing posts, the strengthening bar and the at least one horizontal beam are pivotably mounted on the support beam via connecting members. When used, the strengthening bar rotates relative to the support beam and collectively constitutes a triangle with the support beam and one of the pair of standing posts to avoid distortion.
