The heat exchanger comprising: a first fluid tube through which a first fluid of a first temperature flows; a second fluid tube through which a second fluid of a second temperature flows; a baffle located in at least one of said tubes for moderating flow of at least one fluid passing therethrough; wherein the heat exchanger is configured for communicating thermal energy between the first fluid and the second fluid.
