    Abstract: An electric air pump has a pumping assembly, an outer bracket and an inlet plate. The pumping assembly has a casing. The outer bracket is connected pivotally to the pumping assembly and has a faceplate mounted pivotally on an open top of the casing of the pumping assembly and selectively hermetically contacting a top annular edge of an open top of the casing. A locking hole is defined through the faceplate. The inlet plate is mounted securely in the casing, located between the casing and the outer bracket and has a resilient locking hook selectively hooking in the locking hole of the outer bracket. The electric air pump is capable of inflating and deflating an inflatable product without cooperating with external devices.

The upper and lower covers respectively have an open end defining inlet and out holes, an inner sidewall extending inwardly from the open end. The motor fixing frame has engaging ribs engaging with slots formed on inner side wall to affix the motor fixing frame. The power generating motor is affixed within the fixing frame such that a motor shaft passes through a shaft hole in the fixing frame to connect with the rotor. The power generating motor, the storage battery and the lamp plate are serially and electrically connected to one another.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a targeted magnetic nanoparticle drug and the preparation method thereof. The targeted magnetic nanoparticle drug comprises an effector molecule and a guidance molecule in a weight ratio of 1:0.0001-0.20. The aforesaid effector molecule is a magnetic particle, with a particle size of not more than 1000 nm and a specific adsorption rate (SAR) of 10-7000 W/gFe. The aforesaid guidance molecule comprises an antibody, a ligand or a magnetic particle. The particle size of the aforesaid targeted drug is 2-1000 nm. The targeted magnetic nanoparticle drug is prepared by coupling a magnetic particle and a guidance molecule in a weight ratio of 1:0.0001-0.20 in water, organic or inorganic substance or the mixed solution thereof. The resultant targeted magnetic nanoparticle drug can realize targeted magnetic hyperthermia treatment and targeted magnetic thermoablation treatment and prevention on the tumors, and effectively kill the cancer cells, and cure the malignant tumors.
