The recyclable logistics apparatus at least comprises a bottom (1), a top cover (2), a foldable side panel (3) and a wireless beacon unit (4) for transmitting a broadcast frame outwards; a trigger switch (5) is provided on the bottom (1), the top cover (2) or the side panel (3); when the side panel (3) of the recyclable logistics apparatus is folded, the trigger switch (5) is in a first trigger state and generates a first electrical signal, and the wireless beacon unit (4) transmits an empty signal outwards according to the first electrical signal; when the side panel (3) of the recyclable logistics apparatus is upright, the trigger switch (5) is in a second trigger state and generates a second electrical signal, and the wireless beacon unit (4) transmits a full signal outwards according to the second electrical signal.

The structure provides the locking means of the cover and a container body on a stacking limiting structure without occupying container space therebelow, and meanwhile, simple operation and good structural strength are achieved.

Abstract: Retractable handle assembly used in a valve of an Intermediate bulk container (IBC) includes a valve body, a valve core, and a valve stem. The valve stem is used to drive the valve core to move so as to open/close the valve. The handle of the handle assembly is connected to the valve stem and can be rotated around the central rotating axis of the valve stem. When the valve needs to be opened/closed, the handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a deployed state to open/close the valve. The handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a retracted state so as to reduce the space occupied by the valve for the valve to be welded to the liner bag or installed to IBC. The handle can be switched between a deployed state and a retracted state.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for connecting recyclable logistics apparatus, the recyclable logistics apparatus comprises a wireless beacon unit which periodically transmits a broadcast frame, and the method comprising the following steps: providing a plurality of contact points inside each recyclable logistics apparatus, making a connection between the contact points of each recyclable logistics apparatus, and implanting wires inside each recyclable logistics apparatus for connecting the wire beacon unit and the contact points; and connecting a plurality of recyclable logistics apparatuses in a predetermined manner, so that when a plurality of recyclable logistics apparatuses are stacked as a stack, a parallel circuit is formed in part region inside the stack of recyclable logistics apparatuses. The motion-transferring device is used to transfer the actions acting on the handle to the valve opening/closing mechanism so as to achieve opening/closing of the valve. The clutch device is used to engage the motion-transferring device with the valve opening/closing mechanism or disengage the motion-transferring device from the valve opening/closing mechanism.

The container includes a base, side plates and a lid. the hanging structure includes hanging members and hanging slots, wherein the hanging members are engaged or disengaged with the hanging slots respectively so as to hang the lid on the container or remove the lid from the container, and one of the anging members and the hanging slot is provided on the lid and the other is provided on the side plates. According to the lid hanging structure, it is convenient to remove the lid from the container when necessary. That is to say that, the lid can be removed directly when not in use or in the hanging state, and can be removed by simple operation in the hanging state, so as to reduce the amount of labor, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a cover device used to cover the built-in valve mounting channel port of IBC and a container. The IBC comprises a side plate, a base and a channel located in the base and used to receive the built-in valve. The cover device comprises a cover and structures or components used to detachably connect the cover to the side plate over the channel. The cover can be installed on the base at the position adjacent to the side plate, and can be rotated around a rotational axis of the cover itself, so as to open or cover the channel port. The cover is further provided with a lock hole, and the base is provided with a locking slot, so that the cover can be locked to the base by a disposable lock. The cover device of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Further, it can well achieve the effect of dust-proof and/or thief-evident.
