    Abstract: A spray head suitable for mounting on a flexible hose, wherein the spray head comprises a rotary switching mechanism for permitting selection of either a stream flow (i.e. laminated flow) or a spray flow, e.g. by directing flow received from the hose through different outlet nozzles. By providing a compact rotary switching action, the spray head may overcome problems caused by wear or scale build up that are seen in push button or linear switching mechanisms.
