Abstract: A sunshade is formed by laminating a front skin member, a core member, and a back skin member in this order, and the core member is formed by laminating a resin-impregnated semi-hard urethane foam layer between two glass fiber mats.
Abstract: A vehicle interior and exterior member comprises a fiber molded body and a synthetic resin member fixed to a surface of the fiber molded body. The fiber molded body has a fiber layer including thermoplastic synthetic resin as a base material layer. The base material layer has fiber layer surfaces on its both surfaces or, the base material layer has another fiber layer including the other type of thermoplastic synthetic resin on one of the fiber layer surface to form a fiber laminated body. The fiber molded body is formed by molding the fiber laminated body into a three-dimensional face shape. The synthetic resin member has a fixed portion which is fixed to the fiber molded body by solidifying it in a state that molten synthetic resin has seeped into the fiber layer of the fiber laminated body.
Abstract: A vehicle interior or exterior member includes a base material layer laminated with a sound-absorbing layer. The base material layer is a fiber molded body containing a thermoplastic synthetic resin. The sound-absorbing layer includes a fiber web and a cover layer. The cover layer is a nonwoven fabric containing a thermoplastic synthetic fibers and covers the fiber web. The vehicle interior or exterior member includes a bonding portion, a sound-absorbing portion, and a crimped portion. The bonding portion includes the thermoplastic synthetic fibers on the surface of the sound-absorbing layer in contact with the thermoplastic synthetic resin in the base material layer thermally being bonded to each other. At a position separated from the base material layer, the sound-absorbing portion remains in a fiber web state.
Abstract: A sound-absorbing material attached to a vehicle exterior member which comprises an intermediate layer having a fiber web of entangled thermoplastic synthetic fibers, and a skin layer having a nonwoven fabric containing thermoplastic synthetic fibers, the layers being laminated with each other. A peripheral edge portion is heat-compressed in a state where the intermediate layer and the skin layer are layered. A crimped portion is heat-compressed in the thickness direction. A plurality of the crimped portions are provided on at least a part of the surface of the intermediate layer laminated with the skin layer and positioned within the peripheral edge portion. A sound-absorbing portion is a portion in which the intermediate layer and the skin layer are laminated in a state where the fiber web is compressed thinner than its natural thickness by the crimped portions.
Abstract: Each mixed main body of a plurality of mixed members is formed from a pulverized raw material of a steric shape, of a plurality of pulverized raw materials obtained by pulverizing a layered composite raw material into various shapes including the steric shape and a linear shape. Each mixed glass fiber portion of the plurality of mixed members is formed by a plurality of glass fibers extending by the pulverization from a portion of the mixed main body corresponding to a glass fiber layer. Each mixed glass fiber portion of the plurality of mixed members is located in a labyrinthine path formed between mixed main bodies facing each other among the plurality of mixed members in a stirred mixture body including the plurality of mixed members stirred and mixed in a binder and the binder.
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a sound insulating layer by application of raw materials for urethane resin, by applying row materials for urethane resin in their liquid states along a surface of a porous layer of a soundproof body to manufacture as the sound insulating layer.

Abstract: A soundproof body is formed by a two-layer lamination structure of a felt layer and a film layer. Some of plural fibers constructing the felt layer are formed to be thicker than the remaining fibers.
Abstract: A hood silencer includes a back skin layer, a thin film layer, a first shape-retaining layer, a sound-absorbing layer, a second shape-retaining layer, an aeration-suppressing layer, and a front skin layer. The aeration-suppressing layer suppresses oozing of a binder resin out of the surface of the front skin layer from the second shape-retaining layer during the heat forming of the second shape-retaining layer.
Abstract: A ceiling material for a vehicle includes a ceiling interior material facing a vehicle cabin inner surface of a roof panel for a vehicle, and a reinforcement member arranged on an upper surface of the ceiling interior material on the side of the roof panel. The reinforcement member may include a rod-like member and supporting members for respectively supporting at least two sections in a slidable manner in a longitudinal direction of the rod-like member. Each of the supporting members includes a fitting portion which allows the rod-like member to be fitted from a radial direction.
