Abstract: A motorized furniture item configured to assume a plurality of different configurations, such as a stool, a chair, a sofa or other is provided. The furniture has a main body having an upper supporting face, a first and a second movable body, capable of supporting a user's body and arranged side by side upon the upper supporting face. The first movable body is rotatably connected to the main body and the second movable body is rotatably connected to the first movable body. Driving means for the first and a second movable body are housed inside the main body or the two movable bodies. An extractable table unit configured so that it can assume a first minimal-encumbrance arrangement is housed inside the main body. In a second use arrangement, it is extracted from the main body and provides a support surface.
