  • Patent number: 5722719
Abstract: A seat, especially a child's seat with a seat component adjustable on a frame for use in a motor vehicle where the frame member is divided into a lower section for securing to the motor vehicle, and an upper section for possible releasable securing of the seat component. The frame member's upper and lower sections have mutually facing convex contact surfaces for movement in relation to each other, and that between the convex contact surfaces there is provided a weight for movement between a first and second position. Furthermore the frame member's upper and lower sections are equipped with guides, preferably first and second guide pieces for movement between the first and the second position. The weight is releasably secured by a locking element in the first position and by a second locking element in the second position, and there are further provided buffers in order to check the seat's kinetic energy.

  • Patent number: 5611710
Abstract: A multi-plug insert has a first part which provides a first number of contact inserts. A second part includes a second multiple number of connecting contacts relative to the first number. Each contact insert in the first part is permanently conductively connected to the multiple number of connecting contacts in the second part. The second part, between each two adjoining sets of multiple members of connecting contacts each permanently conductively connected to a contact insert in the first part is provided with an aperture into which it is possible to clamp a contact bridge. The contact bridge establishes a conducting connection between the two adjoining sets of multiple number of connecting contacts with all the connecting contacts remaining accessible.

  • Patent number: 5077561
Abstract: A computerized antenna mount system for continuously tracking a satellite in geosynchronous orbit that has an inclined orbit with respect to the equator. An antenna mount that automatically adjusts the declination angle of a ground station satellite antenna as a function of time after iteratively compiling the declination angle history from one complete orbit of a satellite. Different satellite orbits may be so compiled with selection of each satellite and its corresponding orbit information from memory.

  • Patent number: 4612794
Abstract: In crimping pliers for connecting contact elements to electrical conductors, which crimping pliers consist of a grip, a retaining plate, which is fixed to the latter and has a lateral recess accommodating the contact elements, on the upper side of which recess cutouts are made which interact with the crimping stamps which project at the upper side from a workplate displaceably guided in the retaining plate, on which workplate a hand lever is pivoted, the tightening movement of which displaces the workplate relative to the retaining plate and moves the crimping stamps into the open cutouts, a housing is fixed to the workplate in order to automatically feed a sheet-metal strip, which supports contact elements at intervals and has mating holes, and a linkage mechanism is pivoted on the hand lever.
