Abstract: A method and device for transmitting data are provided. The method includes: determining, after receiving a first message sent by a user equipment, whether first indication information is set, where the first indication information indicates that a server buffers downlink data to be sent to the user equipment; and when determining that the first indication information is set, retaining a signaling connection to the user equipment, and triggering the server that buffers the downlink data to send the downlink data to the user equipment. The method and device for transmitting data according to the embodiments of the present invention can save power of a user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an information sending method and apparatus, where direct communication is performed between user devices in a first subframe, and channel state information of direct communication performed between the user devices is sent to a third device in a second subframe, so that the third device can learn the channel state information between the user devices, and further perform resource scheduling for the user devices performing direct communication.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for implementing a mobile broadband device service. The method includes the following steps: obtaining, service information of a mobile broadband device according to a rule set on the host or by calling an application programming interface (API) of a Web server on the mobile broadband device; and when to use a corresponding function of the host for implementing a mobile broadband device service corresponding to the service information, executing, the corresponding function of the host by calling an API provided by an operating system (OS) of the host, to implement the mobile broadband device service. In the embodiments of the present disclosure limitations when the mobile broadband device is managed in the Web manner are reduced, and a capability of managing the mobile broadband device is improved.

Abstract: The application pertains to a method for communicating a downlink control signal. A base station maps a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) sequentially to resource elements for transmitting the PDCCH in each orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol according to an order of OFDM symbols used by the PDCCH of a user equipment (UE). The PDCCH is sent to the UE from the base station by using the resource elements. Because the PDCCH is mapped sequentially to resource elements for transmitting the PDCCH in each OFDM symbol according to an order of OFDM symbols used by the PDCCH of the UE, different control channel elements of PDCCHs at different aggregation levels will not include a same PDCCH modulation symbol, thereby ensuring that the UE judges a start position of the PDCCH correctly.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a media data transmission method and a device. The method is mainly used to, when there is media data suitable for transmission by using a first frequency band, control a media source device and a media presentation device to establish a connection in the first frequency band and transmit the media data based on the established connection. Thereby, transmission performance of the media data may be ensured, and power consumption may be reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method implemented on a router for accessing a network, where the method comprises: obtaining an access password sent by a terminal device; performing matching between the access password and each preset access password in an access password list in which at least two preset access passwords are stored; when the access password matches a preset access password in the access password list, determining whether the preset access password is bound to a device identifier list, and when the preset access password is bound to the device identifier list, determining whether a device identifier of the terminal device exists in the bound device identifier list; and when it is determined that the device identifier exists in the device identifier list, allowing the terminal device to access the network.

Abstract: A capability determining method for a terminal device, a host, and a system is provided. The capability determining method includes acquiring, by the host, a capability supported by the terminal device. The method also includes determining, by the host according to the capability supported by the terminal device and a capability supported by the host, a capability supported by both the terminal device and the host, and using the capability supported by both the terminal device and the host as an overlapping capability, where the overlapping capability is used by the terminal device to perform capability configuration. The method also includes sending the overlapping capability to the terminal device.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for interconnection between a terminal device and a gateway device. When the terminal device detects that the terminal device and the gateway device meet a first connection condition and that it is the first time the terminal device is to be connected to the gateway device, acquiring, from the gateway device, a first common SSID preset in the gateway device; and when authentication performed by the terminal device on the acquired first common SSID succeeds, sending a second common SSID preset in the terminal device to the gateway device, so that when authentication performed by the gateway device on the second common SSID succeeds, a common SSID-based connection is established between the terminal device and the gateway device. So using the method, processing of interconnection between a terminal device and a gateway device takes a short time and a process is relatively simple.

Abstract: A fault diagnosis method includes establishing a wireless connection with a home gateway device in a local area network, if the wireless connection is successfully established, sending a diagnosis request to the home gateway device such that the home gateway device performs fault diagnosis, and receiving a fault diagnosis result returned by the home gateway device. After successfully establishing a wireless connection with a home gateway device in a local area network, a terminal sends a diagnosis request to the home gateway device to trigger the home gateway device to perform fault diagnosis.

Abstract: The method of the present invention includes: obtaining an original signal outputted by a SIM card; converting the original signal into a target signal, where under an equal transmission condition and/or at an equal transmission distance, signal attenuation and/or distortion of the target signal are/is less than signal attenuation and/or distortion of the original signal; and sending the target signal to a terminal device, where the terminal device obtains the target signal by using a signal transmission line, and the SIM card exists independent of the terminal device. In the present invention, a SIM card may be separated from a terminal device, and a generated target signal may be transmitted over a relatively long distance by using a signal transmission line, which can satisfy an application that requires a SIM card to be placed far away from a terminal device.

Abstract: A control channel transmission method and a piece of equipment, where the method includes configuring, by a communications system, at least two control channels for a user equipment, where at least one of the control channels is a cell-specific control channel and at least one of the control channels is a user equipment-specific control channel; using, by the communications system, the cell-specific control channel and/or user equipment-specific control channel to send information about control over the user equipment. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a communications system configures at least two control channels for a user equipment (UE). The communications system may use, in a process of reconfiguring a control channel, another control channel to send information about control over the UE to ensure that communication is not interrupted during cell handover of the UE.
