Abstract: A device configuration method and apparatus are provided, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method is applied to a management device that manages n transmission devices, n?2, and the method includes: determining a transmission device accessed by user equipment UE; grouping m transmission devices including the transmission device accessed by the UE into a tracking set, where 1?m<n; and sending tracking configuration information to each transmission device in the tracking set, where the tracking configuration information is sent to the UE by the transmission device that is in the tracking set and that is currently accessed by the UE, to instruct the UE to send a tracking signal, and the tracking signal is used to determine a location of the UE.

Abstract: A data transmission method, a device and a system are disclosed. In an embodiment the data method includes obtaining, by UE, first information, where the first information includes at least one of a location information of the UE, a channel quality between the UE and a base station, a channel load between the UE and the base station, a size of data to be sent by the UE, or an uplink service arrival sparseness degree of the base station, determining, by the UE, whether the first information meets a preset condition, and, when the first information does not meet the preset condition, obtaining, by the UE, an unscheduled uplink data transmission resource, and sending data to the base station by using the unscheduled uplink data transmission resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for creating a virtual base station. The creating method includes: receiving a virtual base station creation request sent by a third-party server; sending a virtual machine creation request to an RAN; receiving a virtual machine creation complete response sent by the RAN; sending a base station image load request to the RAN; receiving a base station image load complete response sent by the RAN; sending a virtual base station creation complete response to the third-party server, where the virtual base station creation complete response includes a virtual base station ID. The present invention can realize creation of a virtual base station.
