Abstract: A network selection method and a terminal device are applied to the field of communication technologies. The network selection method is applied to a terminal device based on a subscriber identity module SIM card, and includes preferentially camping a circuit switched CS domain on a first network and preferentially bearing a CS domain service by the first network; preferentially camping a packet switched PS domain on a second network and preferentially bearing a PS domain service by the second network; when communication quality of the second network fails to meet requirements of the PS domain service, camping the PS domain on the first network and bearing the PS domain service by the first network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for transmitting a CPRI signal by means of a coaxial line. The method includes: converting a Common Public Radio Interface CPRI signal sent by a sending end into a parallel data stream; extracting valid data from the data stream by performing frame parsing; and converting the valid data into a transmittable analog signal, modulating the analog signal to a specified frequency, and sending it to a receiving end by means of a coaxial line. The present invention applies to transmission of a CPRI signal by means of a coaxial line.

Abstract: A method for operating a file system and a communication device are disclosed. The method comprises: receiving a file operation request from a user, and according to the file operation request, transmitting a file operation instruction to a hardware acceleration unit, such that the hardware acceleration unit operates a data file in a storage device in accordance with the file operation instruction and returns the operated data to a user directly without via a central processing unit (CPU) so as to realize the communication between the user and the data file in the storage device. The operation on the data file is completed by the hardware acceleration unit and the operated data is returned to the user directly without via CPU. The performance of the hardware acceleration unit can be sufficiently used and the data transmission with high bandwidth can be realized.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method of transceiving an audio signal is disclosed. The method includes providing low band spectral information having a plurality of spectrum coefficients and predicting a high band extended spectral fine structure from the low band spectral information for at least one subband, where the high band extended spectral fine structure are made of a plurality of spectrum coefficients. The predicting includes preparing the spectrum coefficients of the low band spectral information, defining prediction parameters for the high band extended spectral fine structure and index ranges of the prediction parameters, and determining possible best indices of the prediction parameters, where determining includes minimizing a prediction error between a reference subband in high band and a predicted subband that is selected and composed from an available low band. The possible best indices of the prediction parameters are transmitted.

Abstract: An audio processing method includes: after the terminal accesses the control server, the control server obtains audio capabilities of the terminal through capability negotiation; and the control server forwards the coded audio data to each terminal according to the audio capabilities. An audio processing system and a control server are disclosed. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the audio data does not need to undergo an operation of audio coding and decoding every time when the audio data passes through a control server, and the number of coding and decoding operations performed by the control server are reduced drastically. Especially, in the case that only one control server exists, the audio delay between terminals only derives from network transmission, coding of the sending terminal and decoding of the receiving terminal, and the control server extracts and reassembles the packets of the audio data only.

Abstract: A cluster router includes at least one control apparatus and at least two forwarding apparatuses. The control apparatus is connected to the forwarding apparatuses, and the forwarding apparatuses are connected with each other. The control apparatus is configured to generate a routing table of each forwarding apparatus and a packet processing information conversion table of each forwarding apparatus. The forwarding apparatus is configured to receive the routing table of the forwarding apparatus and the packet processing information conversion table of the forwarding apparatus, and execute data exchange between the forwarding apparatuses according to the routing table and the packet processing information conversion table.

Abstract: A session association method, system, and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an Internet Protocol Connectivity Access Network (IP-CAN) session setup message and a gateway control session message; and associating an IP-CAN session with a gateway control session according to a temporary identity (ID) in the IP-CAN session setup message and the temporary ID in the gateway control session message. Therefore, the gateway control session is associated with the IP-CAN session by using a temporary ID; and the gateway control session is associated with the IP-CAN session when no user ID exists in the emergency service, which ensures the normal progress of the emergency service.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for generating a morphing animation from multiple images, where the method includes: performing hue preprocessing on adjacent images among multiple images; determining the quantity of intermediate frames between the adjacent images according to a feature point differential of the adjacent images on which the hue preprocessing has been performed, generating, between the adjacent images through an image warping technology, intermediate frame images, the quantity of which is the same as that of the intermediate frames, insert the intermediate frame images between the adjacent images, and generate a morphing animation from the multiple images and the intermediate frame images that are inserted between all adjacent images among the multiple images. The morphing animation generated in the present invention is smooth and natural, thereby improving a morphing effect of the morphing animation.

Abstract: A resource initialization method and system, and a network access server are provided. The resource initialization method includes: receiving a network access request transmitted from a User Equipment (UE), where the network access request includes: UE identity (ID) information; locally searching for, according to the UE ID information in the network access request, and find a preconfigured unicast and multicast resource threshold corresponding to the UE ID information; and transmitting the unicast and multicast resource threshold of the UE to a Resource Manager (RM), so that the RM assigns unicast resources and multicast resources according to the unicast and multicast resource threshold. Through the method, the process of obtaining the unicast and multicast resource threshold can be simplified, and thus the efficiency of resource initialization configuration is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an access device for generating an Internet Protocol (IP) broadband video service bill, the method includes: returning, by an access device, authorization information indicating whether the user is allowed to watch or preview based on watching or previewing right of the user when a user demands a program, recording the joining time point of the user, and sending received multicast stream to a port of the user; recording, by the access device, leaving time point of the user when the user stops watching or previewing the program demanded; sending, by the access device, original bill of the user to a video service support system; wherein the original bill includes the program demanded by the user, joining time point and leaving time point; processing, by the video service support system, the original bill to get much statistic data such as a real-time bill and audience rating.

Abstract: A method can be used for facilitating an uplink synchronization between a first transceiver and a second transceiver within a cell in a multi-user cellular communication system. The first transceiver receives a reference from the second transceiver and generates a set of signature sequences based on the reference. The first transceiver selects a first signature sequence from the set of signature sequences and incorporates the first signature sequence into a signal. The first transceiver transmits the signal to the second transceiver. The signal is used for a uplink synchronization between the first transceiver and the second transceiver. The set of signature sequences are generated from sequences with zero-correlation zone.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for detecting Passive Optical Network (PON) failures, and a PON system are provided to obtain the monitoring information of a peer device before a PON system failure occurs. The method includes: obtaining monitoring information of an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and an Optical Network Unit (ONU); and determining a failure of a passive ONU according to the obtained monitoring information of the OLT and the ONU. The monitoring information of the peer device is obtained before a PON system failure occurs. Thus the failure is discovered in time, quick troubleshooting is ensured, and the costs of system maintenance are reduced.

Abstract: A method for controlling the charging of packet data service is disclosed, which includes: monitoring a number of event triggers; and when one of the event triggers is met, a TPF requesting charging rules from a CRF. In this way, the timing that the TPF requests charging rules from the CRF becomes controllable, and redundant information caused by the unnecessary charging rule from the TPF becomes avoidable, which enables interaction between the TPF and the CRF more effective and the charging control of packet data service reasonable and perfect.

Abstract: A method, a system, and a device for network handoff is disclosed. A first evolved Access Network (eAN) sends a session transfer request to the target eAN that corresponds to the network handoff request. The first eAN receives a session transfer response from the target eAN. The first eAN sends a Traffic Channel Assignment (TCA) message to a User Equipment (UE) based on the session transfer response, so that the UE can switch from a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network to an evolved High Rate Packet Data (eHRPD) network based on the TCA message.

Abstract: A method of receiving an audio signal includes measuring a periodicity of the audio signal to determine a checked periodicity. At least one best available subband is determined. The feeding network module is configured to form a vertical beam characteristic of the antenna element array module before the antenna element array module transmits the transmission signals. The Butler matrix module is configured to form a horizontal beam characteristic of the antenna element array module before the antenna element array module transmits the transmission signals. The antenna system reduces the feeder loss, reduces the labor and equipment costs, and enables the vertical and horizontal beam characteristics of the antenna to be adjusted more conveniently.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device for determining a target cell. The method includes: acquiring information about a candidate cell for a mobile terminal; and determining the candidate cell as a target cell for the mobile terminal if the candidate cell is a preferred cell determined according to cell statistic information, where the cell statistic information includes: specific information about a cell having served the mobile terminal and specific information about the mobile terminal in the cell having served the mobile terminal. According to the solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a proper target cell may be determined for a mobile terminal, thereby avoiding a large number of handovers and reselections and saving network resources.
