Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for establishing S1 signaling connections in an evolved network are disclosed. A source evolved NodeB (eNodeB) sends a HANDOVER REQUEST message that carries original S1 signaling connection parameter information to a target eNodeB to initiate a process that a user equipment (UE) is handed over to the target eNodeB. When the UE enters the target cell, the target eNodeB allocates a new S1 signaling connection parameter and sends a HANDOVER COMPLETE message that carries the original S1 signaling connection parameter and the new S1 signaling connection parameter of the new eNodeB to an evolved packet core (EPC). The EPC receives the HANDOVER COMPLETE message that carries the new S1 signaling connection parameter and the original S1 signaling connection parameter. With the present disclosure, the inability of the target eNodeB to establish an S1 signaling connection with the EPC in the related art is effectively solved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus and a system for playing a targeted advertisement. An access switch receives an IGMP join packet sent by a user end, snoops the IGMP join packet, and obtains a first mapping relationship; establishes a first multicast forwarding entry according to the first mapping relationship and a pre-saved second mapping relationship between the access port and a virtual local area network of a targeted advertisement user group; and receives an advertisement media stream sent by an access router, and forwards the advertisement media stream to the targeted advertisement user group by using the access port corresponding to the virtual local area network of the targeted advertisement user group according to the first multicast forwarding entry. In this way, the problems that placing precision of a region-targeted advertisement is low and audience rating is poor in the prior art is solved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an adaptive cell coverage and capacity optimization method and device in a mobile communication network, aiming to improve adaptive optimization performance of cell capacity and coverage. The technical solutions includes: calculating spectral efficiency of a cell; if the spectral efficiency of the cell is less than a first threshold, starting vertical sectorization processing of the cell to divide the cell into an inner sector and an outer sector, and configuring relevant parameters of the inner sector and the outer sector to improve the spectral efficiency of the cell; calculating spectral efficiency of the outer sector; and if the spectral efficiency of the outer sector is less than a second threshold, starting inter-cell interference coordination to improve the spectral efficiency of the outer sector, and reconfiguring the relevant parameters of the inner sector and the outer sector to improve the spectral efficiency of the cell.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for storing a routing table entry. The method includes: splitting a routing table entry into two points according to a range matching policy; obtaining a storage location of the routing table entry in a hierarchical binary tree; and adding each segment related to the routing table entry to the binary tree of each segment according to the storage location. According to the present invention, the routing table entry is stored in the hierarchical binary tree in segments, which significantly reduces the total amount of memory required to be occupied by storage of the routing table entry.

The method includes the following step: sending control information and data information to user terminals in the macro-cell and the pico-cell according to location information of the user terminals so that the user terminals obtain the data information according to the control information. The system includes a sending module. The present invention implements joint scheduling of resources between a macro base station and a pico base station, reduces interference between cells, and maximally improves an overall data rate.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a power sharing method and a base station, wherein the method comprises: according to a power demand of the communication systems of at least one mode among communication systems of different modes sharing a power amplifier, determining whether to perform power sharing among communication systems of different modes; if it is determined to perform power sharing among communication systems of different modes, adjusting an available power of communication systems of one or more modes therein.
