Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for rate matching in a wireless communication network. A device obtains K information bits and a target code length M of a polar code, determines, according to a minimum value of a set of values, a mother code length N1, polar encodes the K information bits to obtain an encoded sequence of N1 bits, obtains a target sequence of M bits from the N1 bit encoded sequence, and outputs the M-bit target sequence. When the mother code length N1 is larger than the target code length M, (N1?M) bits of the encoded sequence are punctured or shortened from the N1 bit encoded sequence.

A video image anti-shake method includes: turning on, by a terminal, a camera lens, and photographing a video image by using the camera lens; detecting, by the terminal, shake on an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis during photographing, where the Z-axis is an optical axis of the camera lens, the X-axis is an axis perpendicular to the Z-axis on a horizontal plane, and the Y-axis is an axis perpendicular to the Z-axis on a vertical plane; and performing, by the terminal, anti-shake processing on the video image based on the shake on the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis. Abstract: This application discloses a carrier switching solution for multi-carrier communication. A network device sends configuration information to a terminal. The configuration information includes first uplink carrier information and second uplink carrier information. The first uplink carrier information indicates that a first uplink carrier is an SRS switching-from uplink carrier. The second uplink carrier information indicates that a second uplink carrier is an SRS switching-to uplink carrier. At least one of the first uplink carrier and the second uplink carrier belongs to a cell including a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier. The terminal may determine the SRS switching-from uplink carrier and the SRS switching-to uplink carrier in a plurality of configured uplink carriers based on the configuration information.

In one aspect, a DCI detection method includes: receiving a configuration parameter that is used to configure at least one or more groups of candidate resources, each of the one or more groups of candidate resources carrying one piece of DCI, and in response to determining that one corresponding piece of DCI is blindly detected from one of the one or more groups of candidate resources, stopping the blind detection on the one of the one or more groups of candidate resources.

In a process in which a packet that carries a protection flag is transmitted along a primary path, if a node along the path determines that the primary path is faulty, but the protection flag indicates that local switching to a protection path is not allowed, the node along the path does not perform local protection, so that the packet is not switched by the node along the path to the protection path. This prevents the packet from passing through a protection path with the node along the path as an ingress when the primary path is faulty, helps traffic on the primary path to be switched to an end-to-end protection path in time, and helps a packet sending side to switch the traffic on the primary path to the end-to-end protection path in time.

A memory array is fine-grained, so that ith local bitlines in the S storage blocks can share one global bitline.

Abstract: Methods and systems for determining human-object interactions (HOIs) in images are provided. The method includes receiving an image. The method further includes detecting at least one human in the image, and at least one object in the image. The method further includes creating one or more proposals, wherein each proposal includes a human of the at least one human and an object of the at least one object. The method further includes determining whether an HOI exist in each of the one or more proposals. In some embodiments, the method further includes generating a mask for each proposal of the one or more proposals in which an HOI is determined to exist, the mask generated based on the determined HOI. In some embodiment, the HOI determination is based on one or more of extracted human feature information, extracted object appearance feature information, and extracted spatial feature information.

Abstract: This application provides a COT parallel circuit and a power supply device. After receiving a first power signal output by a first phase converter, the COT multiphase parallel circuit may output a first pulse signal to a second phase converter, where the first pulse signal is used to indicate to the second phase converter to output a second power signal. Further, the COT multiphase parallel circuit may output a plurality of power signals in one period of a RAMP signal. A high-frequency power signal can be output without increasing a frequency of the RAMP signal, thereby reducing the difficulty of implementing a high-frequency COT multiphase parallel connection.
