Abstract: A polar code encoding method and apparatus are provided, the method including obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence comprises sequence numbers of N polar channels, where the sequence numbers of the N polar channels are arranged in the first sequence according to reliability of the N polar channels, where K is a positive integer, where N is a mother code length of a polar code, where N is a positive integer power of 2, and where K?N, selecting sequence numbers of K polar channels from the first sequence in descending order of the reliability, and placing the to-be-encoded bits according to the selected sequence numbers of the K polar channels, and performing polar code encoding on the to-be-encoded bits.

Abstract: This application discloses a network handover method and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by a first access network device, first session management information from a session management network element, where the first session management information is for requesting to set up a user plane tunnel for a voice service of a terminal device; and sending, by the first access network device, a handover request to a first mobility management network element based on the first session management information and a first condition, where the handover request is for handing over the terminal device from a first network to a second network, and the first condition includes that the voice service cannot be performed in the first network. This application is applicable to the field of communication technologies.

Abstract: A flexible cover plate, a flexible display apparatus, and a flexible terminal product are provided to make the flexible cover plate feature a repeated bending capability and sufficient rigidity. The flexible cover plate includes a first cover-plate layer, a second cover-plate layer, and a flow layer. The flow layer is enclosed between the first cover-plate layer and the second cover-plate layer by using a transparent sealing material. The first cover-plate layer and the second cover-plate layer each have a thickness ranging from 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, and the flow layer has a thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm. At least one first support bump is attached to an inner side of the first cover-plate layer, and at least one second support bump is attached to an inner side of the second cover-plate layer.

Abstract: A storage array includes a plurality of hard disks, each of the hard disks is divided into a plurality of chunks, and a plurality of chunks of different hard disks form a chunk group by using a redundancy algorithm. The storage array obtains fault information of a faulty area in a first hard disk, and determines a faulty chunk storing the lost data according to the fault information. The storage array recovers the data in the faulty chunk by using another chunk in a chunk group to which the faulty chunk belongs and stores the recovered data in a recovered chunk. The recovered chunk is located in a second hard disk which is not a hard disk for forming the chunk group.

Abstract: A context modeling method and apparatus of a split flag are provided. The method includes: obtaining a height and a width of a current node, a height of a first leaf node in a first direction, and a width of a second leaf node in a second direction; determining whether the current node meets a first preset condition and a second preset condition, where the first preset condition includes the height of the current node is greater than the height of the first leaf node, and the second preset condition includes the width of the current node is greater than the width of the second leaf node; and determining a context model of a split flag of the current node based on whether the first and second preset conditions are met.

Abstract: A resonator circuit includes a transformer comprising a primary winding and a secondary winding. The primary winding is inductively coupled with the secondary winding. A primary capacitor is connected to the primary winding. The primary capacitor and the primary winding form a primary circuit. A secondary capacitor is connected to the secondary winding. The secondary capacitor and the secondary winding form a secondary circuit. The resonator circuit has a common mode resonance frequency at an excitation of the primary circuit in a common mode. The resonator circuit has a differential mode resonance frequency at an excitation of the primary circuit in a differential mode. The common mode resonance frequency is different from the differential mode resonance frequency.

Abstract: The disclosed systems, structures, and methods are directed towards for processing a lock request by a master node to access a shared data object in a database located at a remote location comprising identifying, in the master node, a category of the lock request. If the lock request is for a self-compatible lock, determining a value of a counter associated with the master node and with one or more other master nodes, and if the value of the counter is zero, locally granting the lock request. If the value of the counter is greater than zero, forwarding the lock request to a global lock manager (GLM), and if the lock request is for a heavy-conflicting lock, forwarding the lock request by the master node to the GLM.

Abstract: This application provides a resource scheduling method, an apparatus, and a system, and relates to the field of communications technologies, to meet scheduling requirements of data transmitted on different logical channels. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, a BSR to an access network device, where the BSR carries first indication information, and the first indication information is used by the access network device to determine a scheduling mode corresponding to a first logical channel; receiving, by the terminal device, a first uplink grant resource sent by the access network device, where the first uplink grant resource is scheduled by the access network device based on the BSR in the scheduling mode; and sending, by the terminal device, to-be-sent data on the first logical channel to the access network device by using the first uplink grant resource.

Abstract: A method for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network is provided. The method includes: a user equipment (UE) is handed over or switched from a source network to a target network; a network element on a network side determines whether to detach the UE from the source network, and if yes, the network element on the network side detaches the UE from the source network. A system and a device for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network, and another method for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network are also provided.

The method may include: sending, by a network device, first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information is carried by using m bits in a downlink signal, and the first indication information includes related information indicating a quantity n of synchronization signal blocks SS blocks included in a synchronization signal burst set SS burst set, where m<log2N, N is a maximum value of a quantity of SS blocks supported in the SS burst set, both m and n are integers greater than 1, and n is less than or equal to N. According to the embodiments of this application, a prior-art problem that transmission overheads are relatively high when the network device indicates the quantity n of SS blocks to the terminal device can be resolved.

Abstract: This application discloses a container access method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a container access request, which is used to request to access a target container; selecting a driver instance corresponding to the target container from multiple currently-running driver instances, where different driver instances in the multiple driver instances are used to drive different types of containers, and the multiple driver instances are managed by using a same program; and sending the container access request to the selected driver instance. In this solution, one program manages driver instances that are used to drive different types of containers, so that a user can access multiple containers of different types by using one program. This reduces running overheads of a program that manages multiple driver instances in a container engine.

The sending device includes a multiplexing unit and an optical power adjustment unit. The multiplexing unit is configured to send at least two communication optical waves to a fiber channel, and is further configured to send or receive at least two detection optical waves through the fiber channel. The optical power adjustment unit is configured to: obtain a power control instruction, where the power control instruction is generated according to power change information between the at least two detection optical waves. The optical power adjustment unit is further configured to perform optical power amplification and/or attenuation on at least one communication optical wave in the at least two communication optical waves according to the power control instruction.

Abstract: A tunnel establishment method and apparatus are provided. A type of a tunnel established for each service of a terminal may be the same or different, given an entity for executing a solution remains the same. A first tunnel and a second tunnel is established for a current service of the terminal, or a third tunnel is established for a next service of the terminal. According to the application, the congestion is eased in a backbone network between a secondary access network node and a primary access network node. Alternatively, the provided method and apparatus avoid using a directly connected tunnel as a tunnel established between the secondary access network node and a core network user plane node when a core network control plane node needs to receive and send too much path switching signaling.

Abstract: A computing device receives, from a remote device, one or more abnormality detection models for detecting anomaly of one or a plurality of applications with respect to one or more resource usage, obtains resource usage data associated with each application, determines, using the one or more abnormality detection models, whether each application has anomaly in a resource usage, and takes an action in response. The abnormality detection model is built using a machine learning technique at the remote device based on data collected from multiple devices. The resource usage data includes information about applications used by the computing device, e.g., usage or energy consumption of one or more hardware components or one or more services accessed by an application on the device. An abnormality detection result may include likelihoods of an application falling into an abnormality level in a plurality of abnormality levels.
