Abstract: Systems and methods for configuring semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmission are disclosed. An example method performed by a wireless device includes: transmitting, to a user equipment, a radio resource control (RRC) signal comprising a time and frequency configuration for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS); and transmitting, to the user equipment, an information block via a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) configured based on the time and frequency configuration for SPS, the information block comprising signaling indicating at least one of: a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for a subsequent transmission, a transmit power control command (TPC) for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), PDSCH-to-HARQ feedback timing indicator, and PUCCH resource indicator.

Abstract: A method is implemented by a PCC decoder and comprises: receiving, by the PCC decoder, a point cloud bitstream; performing, by the PCC decoder, buffering of the point cloud bitstream based on a time, the performing comprising determining the time based on a delay and a delay offset; and decoding, by the PCC decoder, the point cloud bitstream based on the buffering. A method is implemented by a PCC decoder and comprises: receiving, by the PCC decoder, a point cloud bitstream; performing, by the PCC decoder, buffering of the point cloud bitstream based on a delay, the delay is based on a first delay and a second delay; and decoding, by the PCC decoder, the point cloud bitstream based on the buffering.

The embodiments include receiving first data and a latency level identifier of the first data, where the latency level identifier of the first data is for indicating a requirement level of the first data for access latency; determining, based on the latency level identifier of the first data and correspondences between memory pages of different types and latency level identifiers, that a memory page corresponding to the first data is a first memory page of storage device, where the storage device includes the first memory page and a second memory page, the first memory page and the second memory page are of different types, memory pages of different types have different access latency; and storing the first data on the first memory page.

Abstract: This application provides example antenna panel status indication methods and apparatuses. One example method includes sending first antenna panel status information, where the first antenna panel status information indicates a status of at least one antenna panel. Response information of the first antenna panel status information can then be received. It can then be determined, based on the response information, that the status of the at least one antenna panel takes effect.

Abstract: In a privacy information generation method, a terminal device displays on a display an interactive element of a privacy settings page for a target application. The terminal device responds to a first gesture operation performed by a user on the interactive element of the privacy settings page, and determines a privacy precision for the target application according to the first gesture operation. The terminal device then generates privacy information based on the privacy precision for the target application when the target application requests the privacy information from the terminal device.

Abstract: Methods and System for enhanced navigation and traffic management are provided. A controller obtains input indicative of conditions on a physical road, traffic status information associated with the physical road and requirements of a mobile device. Based at least in part on the input, one or more virtual lanes defining respective routes along the physical road are determined. The virtual lanes are communicated to mobile devices which follow them in place of painted lanes. The virtual lanes can be dynamically updated for example to avoid obstacles. Different lanes can correspond to different priorities of traffic.

Abstract: An image prediction method and device are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a first reference unit of an image unit, where respective predicted images are obtained for the image unit and the first reference unit by using a same affine model; obtaining motion information of basic motion compensation units at two or more preset positions of the first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of a basic motion compensation unit of the image unit according to the motion information. In this way, motion information of the first reference unit using a same affine motion prediction model is reused, and a more accurate motion vector of a current image unit is obtained, improving prediction accuracy and maintaining encoding and decoding complexity, thereby improving encoding and decoding performance.

A network device configures configuration information for QOE measurement for a terminal device when signal quality is lower than a specific threshold. In addition, the terminal device may also perform QOE measurement or report a measurement result when the quality is lower than the specific threshold.

Abstract: This application provides a data communications method and apparatus. The method includes: A first station (STA) receives time adjustment information, where the time adjustment information is used to indicate a sending moment at which a signal is sent by using each of at least two beams. The first STA may send data at a corresponding sending moment based on the time adjustment information using a corresponding beam. In this way, an access point (AP) can simultaneously receive data sent by one station using at least two beams. This ensures data validity and improves data communication efficiency.

Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus, a system, and a storage medium are provided. In the method, a user plane function network element performs transmission through an established unicast user plane connection, and when sending data of a first service to an access network device, the user plane function network element can be configured to send only the data that is of the first service and that is carried in one data flow to improve use efficiency of resources on a core network side. Then, the access network device can send, in a multicast manner through an established unicast channel, the received data of the first service to a group of terminals corresponding to the data of the first service, and does not need to additionally establish a multicast channel and switch to the multicast channel, thereby further reducing data transmission delay.

Abstract: A transmission mode selection method and a device are provided. The method includes: determining first indication information, where the first indication information is used to indicate a changed transmission mode and/or indicate to change a transmission mode; and sending the first indication information to a terminal device. There may be a plurality of transmission modes for transmitting a data packet duplicated at a PDCP layer, in other words, there may be a plurality of modes for PDCP duplication. A transmission mode can be selected by using the first indication information. For example, when reliability of a mode for PDCP duplication is not high, another transmission mode can be selected by using the first indication information. In this way, a reliability requirement of a service is met as much as possible, thereby improving transmission quality of the service.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the generation of analytics in a mobile network. The disclosure is concerned with tracing and exposing data information, which is used for generating analytics outputs to enable examination of the analytics outputs. The disclosure provides network entities and methods, which support the analytics generation and examination thereof, respectively. For instance, a first network entity for analytics generation is configured to receive, from a second network entity, a request for providing analytics information associated with at least one generated analytics output. Further, the first network entity is configured to provide the analytics information to the second network entity, wherein the analytics information comprises data information used to generate the at least one generated analytics output, wherein the data information comprises reference to data or data itself.

A moving direction and a moving distance of a framing range of the terminal can be controlled, so that a target photographing object accurately moves into the framing range, to improve efficiency of interaction between a user and the terminal. The method provides, when a zoom magnification used by a terminal is greater than or equal to a preset magnification, a photographing interface displayed by the terminal includes a first viewfinder frame and a second viewfinder frame. The first viewfinder frame is used to preview an image captured by a long-focus camera. A framing range of the second viewfinder frame is greater than a framing range of the first viewfinder frame, and a framing range the same as that of the first viewfinder frame is marked in the second viewfinder frame.

Abstract: A video text tracking method and an electronic device are disclosed. In the method, a text line region is split into sub-regions, the sub-regions are tracked and then processed, and processed sub-regions are combined into a new text line. The technical solutions provided in this application are not only applicable to a straight-line text scenario or a curved text scenario, but also present a good tracking effect for a deformable text line.
