Abstract: In an embodiment a method includes performing, by a first terminal device, communication by using a first optimal receive beam of the first terminal device at a first location and an optimal transmit beam of a network device, when a signal quality of the first optimal receive beam and the optimal transmit beam does not meet a preset condition, determining, by the first terminal device, angle information obtained based on a reference direction and a first direction and outputting, by the first terminal device, orientation adjustment indication information based on the angle information or adjusting the first terminal device from the first location to a second location based on the angle information.
Abstract: A detection apparatus and a server are provided, where the apparatus is configured to detect whether a coolant heat pipe or a solenoid valve on the coolant heat pipe in a device is abnormal, and the apparatus includes a control chip. The control chip can control a working state of the solenoid valve. The control chip can further obtain a temperature of a component in the device. When it is detected whether the coolant heat pipe or the solenoid valve is abnormal, the control chip may obtain a temperature difference of the component in the device when the working state of the solenoid valve is controlled, and relatively conveniently determine whether the coolant heat pipe or the solenoid valve is abnormal based on the temperature difference.
Abstract: A text processing model training method, and a text processing method and apparatus in the natural language processing field in the artificial intelligence field are disclosed. The training method includes: obtaining training text; separately inputting the training text into a teacher model and a student model to obtain sample data output by the teacher model and prediction data output by the student model; the sample data includes a sample semantic feature and a sample label; the prediction data includes a prediction semantic feature and a prediction label; and the teacher model is a pre-trained language model used for text classification; and training a model parameter of the student model based on the sample data and the prediction data, to obtain a target student model. The method enables the student model to effectively perform knowledge transfer, thereby improving accuracy of a text processing result of the student model.
Abstract: A method includes obtaining an average radio frequency exposure value over a target time window, where the target time window is a standard time window, determining a power threshold corresponding to the average radio frequency exposure value, where the power threshold is a preset power value corresponding to a preset value range to which the average radio frequency exposure value belongs, and controlling a transmit power of the wireless device based on the power threshold over a controlled time window.
Abstract: A video coding mechanism is disclosed. The mechanism includes receiving a bitstream comprising a first header parameter set (HPS) containing a first type of coding tool parameters, a second HPS containing a second type of coding tool parameters, a slice header, and a slice associated with the slice header. The mechanism further includes determining that the slice header contains a first reference to the first HPS and a second reference to the second HPS. The mechanism further includes decoding the slice using the first type of coding tool parameters and the second type of coding tool parameters based on the determination that the slice header contains the first reference and the second reference. The mechanism further includes forwarding the slice for display as part of a decoded video sequence.
Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: A communication apparatus may send uplink capability information to a network device, where the uplink capability information includes at least one of the following: a maximum quantity of uplink carriers configured for the communication apparatus, a maximum quantity of uplink carriers supported by the communication apparatus, and a maximum quantity of channels supported by the communication apparatus. Further, the communication apparatus receives first information from the network device, where the first information indicates an uplink carrier used for uplink transmission, and performs uplink transmission with the network device on the uplink carrier. The communication apparatus may be a terminal device.

The method is as follows: After a terminal device obtains network configuration information of an application in the terminal device, the terminal device sends the network configuration information to a core network control plane network element, so that the core network control plane network element may determine a network connection that is of the application and is between the terminal device and the data network and that meets the network configuration information.
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for estimating motion vectors of a dense motion field based on subsampled sparse motion field. The sparse motion field includes two or more motion vectors with their respective start positions. For each of the motion vectors, a transformation is derived which transforms the motion vector from its start point into a target point. The transformed motion vectors then contribute to the estimated motion vector on the target position. The contribution of each motion vector is weighted. Such motion estimation may be readily used for video encoding and decoding.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and storage medium for starting up peripheral component interconnect express (PCIE) device are provided. According to the method, a basic input/output system (BIOS) attempts to verify firmware of a PCIE device to determine whether the firmware of the PCIE device is tampered with. Moreover, the BIOS may only start up a PCIE device with firmware that succeeds in the verification. Therefore, a computer device is prevented from starting up a PCIE device with firmware that is tampered with, thereby reducing the security risk caused by the PCIE device to the computer device.
Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A communication device receives a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence K1 set, wherein K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or wherein the K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The device determines HARQ feedback information based on the time window information and the time unit format information and sends the HARQ feedback information.

Abstract: A packet forwarding method includes that a first network device receives a multicast packet from a multicast source device and forwarded by a device group, where the device group includes a second network device and a third network device, and the multicast packet is forwarded to the first network device by one network device in the device group. The first network device determines, according to a reverse-path forwarding (RPF) entry, that the multicast packet is forwarded by the device group, where the RPF entry includes a first sub-entry instructing the first network device to forward the multicast packet sent by the second network device and a second sub-entry instructing the first network device to forward the multicast packet sent by the third network device. The first network device sends the multicast packet to a multicast destination device according to the RPF entry.
Abstract: A communications method includes: an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node receives an uplink data packet from a terminal; the IAB node determines a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer security status of the uplink data packet; the IAB node determines a target secure tunnel from a plurality of secure tunnels between the IAB node and an IAB donor based on the PDCP layer security status of the uplink data packet; and the IAB node sends the uplink data packet to the IAB donor through the target secure tunnel. This application is applicable to a data transmission process.
Abstract: A method for using a remote subscriber identification module (SIM) and an electronic device relates to the field of communications technologies, in which when switching a SIM, a user does not need to frequently open a card slot to fetch and change a card. The method includes after receiving an indication of a user to initiate a call or send a Short Message Service (SMS) message, a terminal that makes a call or sends an SMS message to a carrier network using a phone management module and an agent module in the terminal and using a SIM disposed at a server.
Abstract: A method for bi-directional optical flow prediction based on reference sample values from sample positions belonging to an extended region of a predicted block used in the bi-directional optical flow prediction of a current block is provided, wherein sub-pixel positions in the extended region of the predicted block in the reference picture are rounded to obtain integer pixel sample positions in the reference picture, wherein the reference sample values at the obtained integer pixel sample positions in the reference picture are used in the computation of boundary sample gradients corresponding to the boundaries of the predicted block in the reference picture.

Abstract: An optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR), where a laser emitting apparatus of the OTDR outputs a first optical signal in a first time period. A signal modulation apparatus of the OTDR generates a pulse signal based on the first optical signal, and outputs the pulse signal to an optical fiber in a second time period, where the first time period includes the second time period. A receiver of the OTDR receives a scattered signal from the optical fiber, where a frequency of the scattered signal is the same as a frequency of the first optical signal. Then, the laser emitting apparatus outputs a second optical signal in a third time period, where a frequency of the second optical signal is different from the frequency of the first optical signal. The second optical signal is used as a local oscillator signal to implement coherent detection in the receiver.
