    Abstract: The present invention discloses a downlink control information sending method and device, and a downlink control information receiving method and device. The sending method includes: sending, by a base station device, downlink control information DCI on a physical downlink control channel PDCCH of a downlink subframe, where the DCI is used to instruct user equipment UE to receive physical downlink shared channel PDSCH information in an uplink subframe; and sending the PDSCH information in the uplink subframe. In this way, the base station can effectively schedule an uplink subframe, and a purpose of transmitting a downlink service by using an uplink subframe is achieved, which not only improves utilization of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to the uplink subframe, but also effectively diverts load pressure of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to a downlink subframe. Therefore, overall utilization of wireless spectrum resources of a system is improved.

    Abstract: A method for recovering lost frame in a media bitstream, where when a frame loss event occurs, a decoder obtains a synthesized high frequency band signal of a current lost frame, and recovery information related to the current lost frame, determines a global gain gradient of the current lost frame, and determines a global gain of the current lost frame according to the global gain gradient and a global gain of each frame in previous M frames of the current lost frame. A high frequency band signal of the current lost frame is obtained by adjusting the synthesized high frequency band signal of the current lost frame according to the global gain and a subframe gain of the current lost frame. Hence, the method enables natural and smooth transitions of the high frequency band signal between the frames, and attenuates noises in the high frequency band signal.

The equalizer has a loop for updating taps of an adaptive linear filter forming part of the equalizer. One or more gradient filters are used to filter the gradient, and the filtered gradient is used to update the taps of the adaptive linear filter. A reduction in self oscillation in the equalizer is achieved by separating the frequencies with channel features that change with time and scaling them up to speed up convergence of the equalizer.

In the method, different FEC coding gains can be provided for links with different bit error rates, so that a requirement of a high-rate Ethernet for a high gain during long-distance data transmission is met, and physical-layer resources occupied by FEC are reduced.

    Abstract: In one implementation, the present invention provides a mechanism for balanced ad-hoc network formation. To achieve the for balanced ad-hoc network formation, the present invention sends the metric information with DIO control message. A new metric container type is introduced in RPL to hold the metric information, and select the parent with minimum path cost, and switch the parent with minimum path cost, as per the defined logic. A stateless metric considers that the average traffic flow from each node is approximately same. The stateless metric directly uses the number of routing table entries (RTsize) to decide which path to use. A stateful metric, wherein the node keeps a track of packets processed per second by itself. For stateful metric, the node maintains packets processed rate (PPR) variable, which is then used as the metric.
