Abstract: A method for mobile communication handover and a system and a base station thereof are disclosed in the embodiments of present invention, wherein the method includes steps: on the basis of first link which only bears DCH service and has already existed, adding a second link bearing DCH and E-DCH services and a third link bearing any service; making softer combining for the DCH service of the first link and the second link; in the case of failing to add the third link, informing radio network controller by carrying the DCH softer combining information and E-DCH service addition information which are not in a same diversity indication choice field in link addition failure message. The embodiment of present invention could enhance the successful ratio of communication handover, and maintain communication continuously.

Abstract: A method for reporting accounting information of a user by an accounting client is provided. The method includes the following steps. The accounting client correlates the accounting information of all service streams established by the user, generates an accounting packet based on a user granularity, and reports the accounting packet to an accounting server. An accounting system and an accounting client are further provided, where the accounting client correlates the accounting information of all service streams established by the user, generates the accounting packet based on the user granularity, and reports the accounting packet to the accounting server, so that an access network supporting accounting based on a service stream may report the accounting information based on the user granularity to a core network. Therefore, if the access network uses an accounting mode based on the service stream, the access network may also support a user-based accounting mode.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backpressure method, system, and intermediate stage switching node of a multistage switching network and an intermediate stage switching node. The method includes: (i) the intermediate stage switching node receives a first backpressure information; and (ii) the intermediate stage switching node sends at least part of the first backpressure information to an upper stage switching node, wherein there is no response sent by the intermediate switching node to at least part of the first backpressure information.

Abstract: A method for performing a frame erasure concealment for a higher-band signal involves calculating a periodic intensity of the higher-band signal with respect to pitch period information of a lower-band signal; comparing the periodic intensity to a preconfigured threshold and, if the periodic intensity is greater or equal to the preconfigured threshold, performing the frame erasure concealment with a pitch period repetition based method. If the periodic intensity is less than the preconfigured threshold, performing the frame erasure concealment with a previous frame data repetition based method. A device for performing a frame erasure concealment includes a periodic intensity calculation module, a pitch period repetition module, and a previous frame data repetition module.

Abstract: Two devices for preventing internal combustion of equipment from spreading outwards includes a sampling circuit, a detecting and monitoring circuit, and a low-voltage datum power supply. The sampling circuit includes two thermal detectors. The detecting and monitoring circuit includes a first monitoring output end and a second monitoring output end. When two thermal detectors are both normal, the first monitoring output is inactive and the second monitoring output is inactive. When one of the thermal detectors is abnormal, the first monitoring output is inactive and the second monitoring output is active. When the two thermal detectors are both abnormal, the first monitoring output is active and the second monitoring output is active. The first monitoring output is configured to turn off the power supply of a fan and the second monitoring output is configured to drive an alarm unit.

Abstract: A multicast service method and apparatus for providing multicast service with various types of protections and recoveries. The method includes splitting a multicast service into a plurality of unidirectional point-to-point services from a source node to each sink node, where a signaling message of each unidirectional point-to-point services is independent of one another; establishing, at the source node which publishes the multicast service, one or more label switch paths for each unidirectional point-to-point service with the signaling messages; and receiving a notification message when a failure occurs in the network, where the notification message carries ID(s) of one or more label switch paths that are affected by the failure; establishing, by the source node, a recovered label switch path or a new backup label switch path in response to the notification message.

Abstract: A control system includes a user management server or server group, a Service Policy Decision Function (SPDF) server, an Access-Resource and Admission Control Function (A-RACF) server, and a control interface location between the user management server or server group and the SPDF n server for transmitting the information. In addition, a control method using the control system above and a control device are provided. By the technical solutions above, when there are many access network operators connecting to the uniform network operation operator, the problem that the SPDF server searches the A-RACF server is solved, and the user information is acquired by setting the interface between the SPDF server and the user management server or server group.

Abstract: An Ethernet service configuration device, method, and system in a passive optical network (PON) are provided. The device includes a PON protocol processing module, an Ethernet module, and at least one service module based on Ethernet which are sequentially connected. The Ethernet module includes a media access control (MAC) bridge port configuration data management entity (ME) and an Ethernet service end node ME connected with each other. The service module based on Ethernet includes at least one non-Ethernet service functional end node ME correlated with the Ethernet service end node ME. According to the device, method, and system, the coupling between Ethernet service configuration and all kinds of service and/or device configurations based on Ethernet is reduced, which is propitious to the ONT maintenance and modularization configuration.

Abstract: A service application method and system, and a service application control agent (SACA) for reducing the delay of service application are provided. The method includes the following steps. An SACA receives service application information sent from a customer premises equipment (CPE). The SACA queries for Quality of Service (QoS) parameters corresponding to the service according to the service application information. Resource authorization and reservation request information containing the QoS parameters is sent to a resource and admission control unit. The resource and admission control unit verifies the request information to be authorized and admitted, and delivers a control strategy to a transport unit after the verification is passed. A service application system and an SACA are also provided correspondingly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) protocol-based service delivery method, which includes: obtaining a switching function service that carries voice parameters; and sending the switching function service that carries voice parameters down to the switch side. The present invention also provides a CSTA-based service execution method, a Personal Computer (PC), a switch, and a voice service system. In the present invention, when the PC sends a switching function service to the switch, voice parameters can be carried in the switching function service. In this way, when the switch obtains the switching function service with voice parameters, the switch can play voice according to the voice parameters. Therefore, the present invention enables play of voice without modifying the existing service process, thus, simplifying the implementation.

Abstract: A method for searching across instant message systems and an interconnecting server are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: searching in a SIMPLE IM system by a WV-IMPS user, and searching in a WV-IMPS system by a SIMPLE IM user. The interconnecting server includes a message input/output module and a message processing and converting module. The technical solution of the present invention seamlessly connects the search services of the WV-IMPS instant message system and the SIMPLE instant message system, and thus solves the problem on interconnecting search functions between different types of instant message systems.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a data synchronization method, system and apparatuses thereof. The data synchronization method includes the following processes: sending, by a client, a data characteristic verification message carrying one or multiple data characteristics for data in a client database, to a server; comparing, by the server, the one or multiple data characteristics carried in the data characteristic verification message with the data characteristics for the data in a server database; determining, by the server, the data to be synchronized based on a result of the comparing and sending the client a data characteristic verification response carrying information indicating the determined data to be synchronized; and determining, by the client, the data to be synchronized according to the information in the data characteristic verification response, and synchronizing the determined data to be synchronized with the server.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for reducing delay difference of differential transmission, a certain delay difference between waveforms of the P signal and N signal is generated through controlling delay adjustment to P signal or N signal of the differential signals and controlling delay adjustment value simultaneously, to compensate for the delay difference of differential transmission due to the channels. Therefore, the present invention can reduce the delay difference of differential transmission due to property discrepancy of board materials and delay inconsistency among pins of the connectors, and at same time simplify the scheme design.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, a system, and an apparatus for processing emails through data synchronization. The email synchronization server receives an email or email status sent by the email server and synchronizes it to the email synchronization client; alternatively, the email synchronization server is adapted to receive an email from the email synchronization client and forward it to the email server for sending the email out, or receive an email status from the email synchronization client and forward it to the email server for updating. The email synchronization client is adapted to send an email or email status to the email synchronization server; or synchronously receive emails or email status from the email synchronization server, or obtain emails and email status from the email synchronization server after receiving an email notification.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a network storage device including a physical storage medium. The network storage device further includes: a storage controller, configured to map the physical storage medium to sub-logical units and map the sub-logical units to logical units, so as to implement data storing, reading, and writing, wherein the sub-logical units are identified by sub-logical unit numbers and the logical units are identified by logical unit numbers. In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a data read-write control method. The present invention can enlarge valid storage capacity of the logical units, and is compatible with existing logical unit data read-write manners.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of user access authorization in wireless local area networks. The method comprises: when a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) user terminal is accessing a WLAN operational network, the WLAN operational network, while authenticating this WLAN user terminal, judging whether to allow this WLAN user terminal to access according to authorization conditions having an impact on the access of this WLAN user terminal, if yes, the WLAN operational network will determine the access rules of this WLAN user terminal according to the said authorization conditions; otherwise, the WLAN operational network will notify the WLAN user terminal about the failure. Different users can be controlled to access the network according to different authorization conditions, and be restricted by different access rules after getting accessed. Thus, the access control capability of a wireless local area network is enhanced and the working efficiency of the network is improved.

Abstract: The transmission of high-speed data traffic in IPDLs at a base station of a cellular communications network is controlled. An IPDL is identified which occurs within a set of time slots of a given channel. The channel may comprise a dedicated time slot channel or a packet-oriented time slot channel. More specifically, the channel may comprise a Dedicated Physical Control Channel or a High Speed Downlink Shared Channel. The information within a time slot of the set is shifted. In accordance with one aspect of the invention, the information is shifted to a reduced portion of the time slot of the channel by reducing a spread spectrum factor for the signal carrying the information and increasing the transmission power of the signal. A remaining portion of the time slot spans at least a duration of the identified IPDL. In accordance with another aspect of the invention, the information within the time slot is shifted to another time slot of the channel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-layer user management method for multicasting. First, a user management for multicasting groups is divided into three layers: management at an interface layer for controlling multicasting characteristics corresponding to interfaces, management at a data link layer for controlling multicasting characteristics corresponding to data links and management at user layer for controlling multicasting characteristics corresponding to particular users, and at each layer control blocks that are respectively comprised of data corresponding to said each layer are set. Secondly, a data relationship among the three layers of control blocks is established. Lastly, particular users' joining or leaving of the multicasting group are managed through the data relationship among the three layers of control blocks.

Abstract: A multicast service processing method and access equipment are disclosed. The method includes: receiving multicast program request message from terminal device, inquiring about program rating parameters according to said multicast program request message, wherein the program rating parameter includes multicast group IP address and multicast program rated priority, generating multicast program data according to the program rating parameters, sending the multicast program data to the terminal device.
