Abstract: A method for processing query fault, where a database server receives a query statement and generates a corresponding query plan tree including multiple layers of operators in a pipeline relationship, and each layer includes operation symbols having logical relationship with each other. The server executes the query statement according to the query plan tree, extracts intermediate status information of a faulty operator when a fault occurs in a process of executing the query statement, updates operation symbols of the faulty operator and a logical relationship among the operation symbols according to the query plan tree and the intermediate status information to obtain a reconstructed query plan tree, and continues to execute the query statement according to the reconstructed query plan tree after the fault is recovered.

Abstract: A video picture processing method includes: sampling an initial picture, to obtain a target picture; dividing the target picture, to obtain a plurality of sub-pictures; extending picture borders of a first-category sub-picture, to obtain an extended first-category sub-picture; downsampling the extended first-category sub-picture, to obtain a downsampled first-category sub-picture; encoding a second-category sub-picture and the downsampled first-category sub-picture, to obtain bitstreams; and writing location information and extension information of the plurality of sub-pictures into the bitstreams, where extension information of the first-category sub-picture is used to indicate that the picture borders of the first-category sub-picture have been extended and indicate extension widths of the picture borders, and extension information of the second-category sub-picture is used to indicate that picture borders of the second-category sub-picture have not been extended.

Abstract: A policy control method includes receiving, by a policy control network element, an update request message carrying information about a first mobility management network element from the first mobility management network element, updating, by the policy control network element according to the update request message, information about a second mobility management network element in information of a policy association corresponding to a terminal that is stored in the policy control network element to information about the first mobility management network element. The policy control network updates the information about the second mobility management network element in the information of the policy association to the information about the first mobility management network element instead of deleting the policy association and re-establishing a policy association with the first mobility management network element.

Additionally, the first feeding stub and the second feeding stub are perpendicular to each other and disposed on a substrate below the slot, and the first feeding stub and the second feeding stub feed the first radiation plate using the slot.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a communication method and a device. The method is performed by a target base station and includes: receiving a handover request from a source base station, where the handover request includes a first key and first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate whether the first key is an updated key; and sending second indication information to the source base station based on the handover request, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether an access layer key between the target base station and a terminal device is an updated key. Using the embodiments of the present disclosure helps resolve a problem that a potential security risk exists in data transmitted between the terminal device and the target base station, and helps resolve a problem that a key change of the terminal device is not controlled by the base station.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a transmit point that transmits a downlink chirp sensing waveform (DL CSW) signal. A device receives the DL CSW signal and obtains a cloned chirp sensing waveform. The cloned chirp sensing waveform includes a parameter that can be uniquely associated with the device. The device transmits a UL cloned CSW signal based on the cloned chirp sensing waveform. The transmit point receives the UL cloned CSW signal and processes the UL cloned CSW signal to estimate a pose for the device and associate the estimated pose with the identity of the device.

Abstract: There is provided systems and methods for the grouping of UEs, such that UEs can share a UE group context or share a PDU session context or both. In this manner, network resource usage, with respect to UE context and PDU session context management, can be mitigated.

Abstract: A method for measuring available bandwidth includes a transmit end that sends a first probe sequence to a receive end, and receives a first available bandwidth measurement result from the receive end, the transmit end determines a second probe sequence based on the first available bandwidth measurement result, where the second probe sequence includes a group of probe packets with increasing sending rates, a range of the sending rates of the second probe sequence is the same as a range of the sending rates of the first probe sequence, the transmit end sends the second probe sequence to the receive end, and receives the second available bandwidth measurement result from the receive end, and the transmit end obtains the available bandwidth based on the second available bandwidth measurement result.

An adaptive normalization length and an adjusted amplitude value of each sample value are determined according to the adaptive normalization length and the amplitude value of each sample value. A second speech/audio signal is determined according to the symbol of each sample value and the adjusted amplitude value of each sample value.

Abstract: A stereo signal encoding method includes performing spectrum broadening on a quantized line spectral frequency (LSF) parameter of a primary channel signal in a current frame in a stereo signal to obtain a spectrum-broadened LSF parameter of the primary channel signal, determining a prediction residual of an LSF parameter of a secondary channel signal in the current frame based on an original LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal and the spectrum-broadened LSF parameter of the primary channel signal, and performing a quantization on the prediction residual of the LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal.

Abstract: The present invention provides a chip integration module, including a die, a passive device, and a connecting piece, where the die is provided with a die bonding portion, the passive device is provided with a passive device bonding portion, the die bonding portion of the die and the passive device bonding portion of the passive device are disposed opposite to each other, and the connecting piece is disposed between the die bonding portion and the passive device bonding portion and is connected to the die bonding portion and the passive device bonding portion. The chip integration module of the present invention achieves easy integration and has low costs. Moreover, a path connecting the die to the passive device becomes shorter, which can improve performance of the passive device. The present invention further discloses a chip package structure and a chip integration method.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a charging session method and an apparatus. A control plane function entity determines to request a charging function (CHF) entity to establish a service-based interface (SBI) charging session for a 4G data connection. The control plane function entity requests, through the SBI charging session, to perform online charging and/or offline charging in the 4G data connection. According to the method, the SBI charging session that is requested by the control plane function entity to establish for the 4G data connection may support performing the online charging in the 4G data connection, and support performing the offline charging in the 4G data connection. Therefore, the disclosed embodiments simplify a procedure of charging online data and offline data in the 4G data connection by using different charging sessions.
