The method includes: after receiving a management request of a network slice, obtaining or determining, by a network slice manager, network resource information corresponding to a subnet included in the network slice, and then sending, in a form of a subnet management request to a subnet manager, the network resource information corresponding to the subnet, so that the subnet manager configures the corresponding subnet based on the network resource information corresponding to the subnet. In this application, network slice configuration efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: This application relates to an accessory device used for at least one first device. The accessory device includes: a transceiver unit, configured to: communicate with the at least one first device, and obtain device information of the at least one first device; and a control unit, configured to: write the device information of the at least one first device obtained by the transceiver unit into a near field communication storage medium; and when an NFC connection is established between the accessory device and a second device, control the transceiver unit to send the device information of the first device to the second device. In this application, the NFC storage medium in the accessory device is readable and writable. In one example, a method includes: parsing a bitstream to obtain a syntax element, where the syntax element includes at least an index of optimal candidate motion information of a current block; determining, based on the syntax element, to construct a first list or a second list for the current block, where the first list is a block-based candidate motion information list, and the second list is a subblock-based candidate motion information list; determining optimal motion information from the first list or the second list based on the index; and predicting the current block based on the optimal motion information. In this method, the block-based candidate motion information list and the subblock-based candidate motion information list are distinguished from each other. This effectively reduces transmission costs of the optimal candidate motion information.
