Abstract: A data transmission method implemented by a network device, where the data transmission method includes receiving a first data packet sent by a transmit end, buffering the first data packet to a low-priority queue when the first data packet is sent by the transmit end during a first round-trip time (RTT) of a data transmission phase between the transmit end and a receive end, receiving a second data packet from the transmit end, buffering the second data packet to a high-priority queue when the second data packet is not sent by the transmit end during the first RTT, and forwarding the second data packet in the high-priority queue before the first data packet in the low-priority queue.

Abstract: An overvoltage protection apparatus and method. The overvoltage protection apparatus includes: a determining unit, having an input end connected to an input end of the apparatus and an output end connected to an input end of a soft-start unit, and configured to determine whether an input voltage at the input end of the apparatus exceeds a preset protection voltage; and the soft-start unit, having an input end connected to the input end of the apparatus and an output end connected to an output end of the apparatus, where if the determining unit determines that the input voltage does not exceed the preset protection voltage and remains stable in a preset delay time, the soft-start unit delivers the input voltage to the output end of the apparatus; and otherwise, the soft-start unit does not deliver a voltage signal to the output end of the apparatus.

Abstract: A data exchange method and apparatus, where the method includes: sending, by a primary base station, a request of setting up an X3 interface to a secondary base station, wherein the X3 interface has a capability of bidirectional data communication; receiving, by the primary base station, a response of setting up the X3 interface sent by the secondary base station; and performing, by the primary base station, bidirectional data exchange with the secondary base station using the X3 interface.

Abstract: A data storage method includes obtaining at least one data record, each data record includes one carrier identifier and at least one label value, the at least one data record is stored in a data table, and the data table is used to record a correspondence between a carrier identifier and a label value; and creating a bitmap index corresponding to the at least one data record, where the bitmap index includes at least one bitmap; each bitmap corresponds to one label value; each bitmap includes at least one bitmap position, and each bitmap position is used to record whether a carrier corresponding to one carrier identifier has a label value corresponding to a current bitmap.

The method for keeping a subscriber identity module card in a standby state includes receiving, by a terminal device, an enabling request, where the enabling request is used for requesting simultaneous standby of a first subscriber identity module card and a second subscriber identity module card; invoking a third-party invocation interface provided by an operating system of the terminal device; performing interaction with a subscriber identity module card control module, so as to complete a network access process of the first subscriber identity module card on the basis of a data file of the first subscriber identity module card; and keeping the first subscriber identity module card and the second subscriber identity module card in a standby state at the same time according to the enabling request.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a bandwidth management device, central management device and method of bandwidth management. The bandwidth management device includes: a first receiver, configured to receive attribute information of media devices; wherein a criticality factor of media device is included in each piece of the attribute information; a second receiver, configured to receive media streaming from the media devices; a bandwidth assigner, configured to assign bandwidth for each piece of media streaming based on the criticality factor. Through the embodiments of the present invention, optimization of bandwidth usage is realized and it is easy to change the critical level of video streaming adaptively.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for interoperation between multiple conference systems. In the method, a first conference system sends a call request message, which includes conference authentication information of a second conference created by a second conference system, to a second conference system for authentication. After the authentication is passed, the first conference system joins the second conference as a participant, where a type of the participant is a conference.

Abstract: Methods and devices for creating, compressing and searching a binary tree are provided by the present disclosure, which relates to the field of traffic classification. Binary tree compression includes: determining a number of a compression layer or a number of an intermediate node, compressing a binary tree according to the number of the compression layer or the number of the intermediate node to form at least one compression node, and creating a bitmap of the compression node. Therefore, the depth of the decision tree is reduced, the search speed is increased, rule expansion is avoided, and rule replication is reduced.
