Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a contention transmission unit CTU to be used by to-be-sent uplink data, where the CTU is a transmission resource including at least a time domain resource, a frequency domain resource, and a code domain resource; encoding the to-be-sent uplink data by using N different code element groups in the code domain resource corresponding to the determined CTU, to obtain N groups of encoded data, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and sending the N groups of encoded data by using the time domain and frequency domain resources that are corresponding to the determined CTU. According to the embodiments of the present invention, data reception reliability at a receive end can be improved.

Abstract: A wireless communications method is provided. The method includes acquiring, by a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) entity, a first parameter, a second parameter, and state information of a current service of a base station; determining, according to the first parameter and the second parameter, and with reference to the state information of the current service of the base station, whether a condition for guaranteeing quality of service (QoS) of a service is satisfied; and if it is determined that the condition for guaranteeing the QoS of the service is satisfied, permitting providing a user equipment with the first service having a corresponding QoS guarantee; or if it is determined that the condition for guaranteeing the QoS of the service is not satisfied, performing a first operation. The method is applied to the field of communications.

Abstract: A digital signal processing apparatus and method is described for a transmitter of a communication link. The digital signal processing apparatus comprises a pre-compensation filter for boosting power of a signal to be transmitted within two predetermined frequency bands. One of the predetermined frequency bands is centered around a clock tone frequency of fbaud/2, and the other one of the predetermined frequency bands is centered around a clock tone frequency of ?fbaud/2, fbaud being a baud rate of the transmitted signal.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for adjusting streaming media data transmission relate to the field of streaming media communications technologies and are capable of solving a problem that playback quality of streaming media decreases due to acquiring of excessive segments with low bit rates. The method includes: acquiring a total duration parameter of streaming media, where the streaming media is formed by at least one streaming media segment that is not played; determining, according to the total duration parameter and at least one preset duration threshold, a bit rate of a next streaming media segment to be acquired; and acquiring a next streaming media segment according to the determined bit rate. The present invention is mainly applied to a streaming media transmission and playback process.

Abstract: The application concerns a surface mount module adapted for transfer of a microwave signal between the module and a motherboard, the module comprising a substrate with a first microstrip conductor and a second microstrip conductor, wherein the two conductors are connected with a connection through the module. The module is distinguished in that the connection comprises the first microstrip conductor connected to a foil of electrically conducting material coated on the first side, the foil being surrounded by electrically conducting trenches running through the substrate from the first side to the second side forming a substrate integrated waveguide, wherein the trenches on the second side surrounds a second foil of electrically conducting material coated on the second side of the substrate and connected the second microstrip conductor. Abstract: A method for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network is provided. The method includes: a user equipment (UE) is handed over or switched from a source network to a target network; a network element on a network side determines whether to detach the UE from the source network, and if yes, the network element on the network side detaches the UE from the source network. A system and a device for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network, and another method for user detachment when a handover or change occurs in a heterogeneous network are also provided.
