Abstract: A bracket assembly for mounting a mirror is provided. The bracket assembly includes a mirror clamp part, a base support part, and a frame clamp part. The mirror clamp part includes a dome connecting surface engageable with a socket of the mirror to allow rotation of the mirror. The mirror clamp part also includes a first engaging surface having a plurality of first teeth. The bracket assembly also includes a disk member having a plurality of second teeth engageable with the first teeth to allow rotation of the mirror clamp part. The disk member is also coupled to the to the base support part. The frame clamp part is slidable with respect to the base support part for changing a frame receiving opening. The bracket assembly further includes a first tightening mechanism and a second tightening mechanism to selectively vary an impact force required to rotate the mirror.
