Abstract: The disclosure discloses a strength training equipment. The strength training equipment includes a speed changing device, which includes a driving motor and a speed changer, wherein the speed changer outputs the output of the driving motor after speed reduction; a differential mechanism, which is provided with a first output shaft and a second output shaft and can convert the output after speed changing by the speed changer into asymmetric force to be output from the first output shaft and the second output shaft; and a take-up device, which includes two take-up boxes which are connected with the first output shaft and the second output shaft respectively.
