Patents Assigned to Human Meditek Co., LTD
  • Patent number: 8323582
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a device for quantitatively supplying a liquid in a plasma sterilization system. The device includes a quantitative cylinder, a quantitative piston and a quantitative basket. The quantitative cylinder includes a quantitative inlet pipe, which is configured such that the outlet of a liquid container is inserted thereinto, and a liquid in the liquid container is vertically supplied to the quantitative cylinder, and a quantitative outlet pipe, which is configured such that the liquid is vertically drained from the quantitative cylinder. The quantitative piston is configured to rectilinearly reciprocate in the quantitative cylinder, and is provided with a quantitative transfer depression, which is formed in the leading end thereof to a predetermined depth. The quantitative basket is configured to quantitatively receive the liquid according to the rectilinear reciprocation of the quantitative piston.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for sterilizing an article with hydrogen peroxide in a reaction vessel, comprising: maintaining an inner space of the reaction vessel at a vacuum pressure lower than an equilibrium vapor pressure of hydrogen peroxide; heating the inner space of the reaction vessel to a temperature from 30 to 60° C.; injecting a hydrogen peroxide solution into the inner space of the reaction vessel; thermally vaporizing the hydrogen peroxide solution within the reaction vessel; sealing the inner space of the reaction vessel and maintaining the article in a hydrogen peroxide vapor atmosphere; and introducing external gas into the inner space of the reaction vessel to increase the pressure of the inner space to a predetermined value not more than the atmospheric pressure. The method allows the effective sterilization of an article having a narrow, long lumen.

Abstract: A door for a vacuum chamber is disclosed. The present invention is constructed to prevent the door, for opening or closing an opening which is provided in one surface of a chamber, from being deformed by a bending load generated when a vacuum is created in the chamber, thus enabling a vacuum to be reliably created in the chamber, and reducing the cost of maintenance of the door. The door includes a chamber having in one surface thereof an opening. A door is rotated to open or close the opening of the chamber. A guide plate is fastened to an outer surface of the door in such a way as to be spaced apart from the door by a predetermined interval, and is rotatably coupled at one end thereof to a hinge assembly.
