Patents Assigned to Human Mode, LLC
  • Patent number: 11977725
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed, including a non-transitory computer readable medium storing computer executable code that when executed by a processor cause the processor to project a mixed reality environment to a headset, the mixed reality environment having one or more objects, each being created by object computer code having properties that define how the objects interact within the mixed reality environment; in response to a first input from at least one user interface device, display an action menu on the visual feedback screen having a list of pre-defined action modules, the action modules including a module of computer executable code having one or more functions, the one or more functions configured to affect one or more properties of a first object of the one or more objects within the mixed reality environment; and update the object computer code of the first object to include a selected action module.

  • Patent number: 11402895
Abstract: Virtual reality simulation systems and methods are described for use with a sensory feedback system. The systems and methods include a movement detection mechanism having at least one sensor attached to a mobility simulation device. The movement detection mechanism configured to collect movement and position data of a first foot platform of the mobility simulation device, and generate movement and position data of the first foot platform. A controller computer processor unit may receive the movement and position data and translate the data into a step metric.

  • Publication number: 20210200311
Abstract: A proxy controller suit for enabling an operator to control an actual or virtual proxy in an actual or virtual remote space includes a central tracking unit that is configured to provide the position of the operator in a tracked space. The proxy controller suit includes a first motion sensor attached to a first location on a first appendage of the operator at a known first distance from the central tracking unit, wherein the movement of the first motion sensor is determined with reference to the first motion sensor. The proxy controller suit also includes a second motion sensor attached to a second location on the first appendage of the operator at a known distance from the first motion sensor, wherein the movement of the second motion sensor is determined as a function of the measurements made by the first motion sensor.

  • Patent number: 10429924
Abstract: Virtual reality simulation systems and methods are described for use with a sensory feedback system. The systems and methods include a movement detection mechanism having at least one sensor attached to a mobility simulation device. The movement detection mechanism configured to collect movement and position data of a first reciprocating foot platform of the mobility simulation device in at least a first dimension and a second dimension, and generate movement and position data of the first reciprocating foot platform. A controller computer processor unit may receive the movement and position data and translate the data into a step metric.
