Abstract: Systems and methods providing compatibility between legacy electronic record systems are disclosed. Appliances are in two-way electronic communication with legacy electronic records systems and a gateway server which is in electronic communication with one of the legacy electronic records systems. Electronic medical records data is converted between legacy formats for the legacy systems and a common format for transmission between the appliances and the gateway server.

Abstract: A system for maintaining accurate health data and for providing rewards to data market participants. A marketplace platform based on Blockchain technology leverages smart contracts to provide rewards to sellers of data assets that provide corrections or updates to medical data, such as provider demographics. A URL API is provided to a buyer of the data with an encrypted password that is used to access the data from the URL API.

Abstract: System and methods are disclosed which use one or more dimensions that assesses the veracity of a diagnosis in a health care record. The veracity of the diagnosis is based on a set of dimension values and a set of weightings. A user interface for healthcare providers/caregivers is provided to review the assessment and provide feedback so that the weighting of the dimensions may be adjusted to improve the assessment of the diagnosis.

The data pipeline generates one or more data models. The system receives a schema representing a modification in a data model based on a change in the requirements of a consumer system. The system determines the changes to the data pipeline based on the received schema and reconfigures the data pipeline to generate the modified data model. The system manages access control of data to minimize the exposure to data in case of accidental or malicious data breach.

Abstract: A method of authenticating devices for secure data exchange. A system receives a scheduling request and generates a ledger of participants authorized to be admitted to a communication session during a time window. For each participant, the ledger includes a participant identifier, a participant key, and a meeting identifier corresponding to the communication session. The participant key and meeting identifier are encoded into a short-code which is redeemed, by the participants, for an access token authorizing a peer-to-peer connection between devices within a meeting room during the communication session. The participants include a host who has special privileges during the communication session, and one or more clients.

Abstract: System and methods are provided for managing messages generated by an organization for delivery to various recipients. Proposed messages including content data are electronically received from user systems associated with an organization. At least one governance rule is applied to the content data and where a lack of compliance is found an electronic notification is generated. One or more modifications to the content data of the proposed message are received and the modified message is converted into at least two different formats for transmission to a number of recipient systems.

Abstract: Identity access and management (“IAM”) systems with resiliency features and methods related to the same are provided. Two or more identity provider (“IDP”) systems each have a matching copy of user authentication data for users authorized to access the system of an organization. An identity proxy is interposed between user systems and each of the two or more IDP system. The identity proxy routes authentication requests, challenges, and responses between the user systems and the IDP systems based on availability.

The system identifies a target cloud platform and generates a deployment package for each data pipeline unit for the target cloud platform. The system creates a connection with the target cloud platform and uses the connection to provision computing infrastructure on the target cloud platform for the data pipeline unit according to the system configuration of the data pipeline unit. The data pipeline may be implemented as a data mesh that is a directed acyclic graph of nodes, each node representing a data pipeline unit. Different portions of the data mesh may be modified independent of each other. Partial results stored in different portions of the data mesh may be recomputed starting from different points in time.

The system determines, for a particular prediction for a user, impact scores that indicate how each feature of the user impacted the prediction for that user. The system generates a description for the high impact features and provides the description, for example, for display via a user interface.

The system assesses the veracity of a diagnosis based on a set of dimension values and a set of weightings. The system also provides a user interface to health care providers/caregivers to review the assessment made by the system and may include a feedback mechanism so that the system may adjust the weighting of the dimensions and improve the assessment of the diagnosis made by the system.

Abstract: An automated method and system for transporting vials from multiple upstream locations to a downstream location and for combining N number of conveyor lanes from N number of upstream location (e.g., capping stations) down to one conveyor lane. The system is adapted to transport vials from a more-distant upstream location faster than vials from a closer upstream location so that they reach the downstream location at approximately the same time. Guide members placed at an angle to the traveling axis of the conveyor lanes divert the vials onto a single conveyor lane for transporting the vials to a downstream location.

Abstract: A computerized system and method for automatically estimating the likelihood of having a fall leading to a fracture/dislocation within a specified period is described, and comprises a predictive model for guiding patients to the right course of treatment and encouraging discussions with their doctors for better outcomes. The system and method extracts member's health information from health administrative claims data, including clinical and pharmacy data, and estimates the probability of a fall for that member. Patients with high risk scores are selected for various clinical programs and interventions to manage their health conditions and reduce their likelihood of falling.

Abstract: An automated method and system for distributing prescription vials from upstream locations of a pharmacy to various downstream destinations using a stacked configuration of outbound lanes so that vials will enter the first outbound lane that is not blocked. The distribution table of the present invention has a lower portion having outbound lanes and an upper portion having outbound lanes and where the table is adapted to move vials in a loop pattern around the lower and upper portions.
