Methods may include generating a unique payee identifier that represents a unique payment relationship between a payee and one or more payors, receiving a transaction request, the transaction request comprising the unique payee identifier and a payment, and authorizing a payment to the payee that corresponds to the payment.

Abstract: Systems and methods for establishing a virtual local area network are provided herein. According to some embodiments, methods for establishing a virtual local area network include determining at least a first data protocol utilized by a first communications device via a registration server, the first communications device being communicatively coupled with at least a first network via the first data protocol version; determining at least a second data protocol utilized by a second communications device via the registration server, the second communications device being communicatively coupled with at least a second network via the second data protocol version; establishing a network connection between the first communications device and the second communications device; and converting data format of data exchanged between the first and second communications devices when the first data protocol differs from the second data protocol.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating electronic transactions utilizing data capturing devices are provided herein. Methods may include generating a transaction event which comprises transaction details and receiving a transaction acceptance from a first client device. The transaction acceptance may include a capture of at least a portion of the transaction details and a unique merchant identifier by a first data capturing device of the first client device and a confirmation. The method further includes providing indication of a payment authorization to the merchant.

Abstract: Systems and methods for exchanging information for access to a computing resource are provided herein. Methods may include receiving a request to access a computing resource, the computing resource being selectively unavailable to the information provider, responsive to receiving the request, providing the information provider a problem that is to be solved by the information provider prior to making the computing resource selectively available to the information provider, wherein solving the problem elicits desired information from the information provider, and responsive to receiving the desired information, selectively making the computing resource available to the information provider.
