Abstract: An example can include an apparatus for aiding walking along a surface. The example can include a foot to interface with the surface, the foot being rigid to resist bending during walking. The example can include a bendable puck fixed to the foot at an edge of the bendable puck. The example can include a handle coupled to a center portion of the bendable puck. In the example, the foot can be spaced apart from the handle, with the puck being elastically bendable to permit movement of the handle with respect to the foot during walking.
Abstract: A walking aid, such as a cane, can be equipped with one or more features and structures for increasing durability and structural integrity, providing increased mobility and support for users, aiding with common tasks, and providing an all-around improved user experience. Additionally, the walking aid can be constructed to include multiple detachable and collapsible segments for easy storage and transportability of the walking aid.
