  • Patent number: 11226276
Abstract: A device has a sensor (1) for detecting a contamination in the form of metal particles in a fluid, and is at least partially encompassed by a partition wall (17). Partition wall (17) is at least partially penetrated via a receiving opening (55) by the sensor device (1) arranged in its functional position and comprising its sensor (25) detecting the metal particles. The sensor (1) can be removed from the partition wall (17) into an inoperative functional position, in particular for maintenance or replacement purposes. The sensor (1) interacts with a closing device (3) such that upon removal of the sensor (1) to its inoperative functional position, the closing device (3) closes the receiving opening (55). In the opposite direction, when the sensor (1) is brought into its functional position, this receiving opening (55) is released.

  • Patent number: 11060971
Abstract: A method and a device monitors the quality of gaseous media dispensed by a filling station, in particular hydrogen, by an infrared measuring system. The infrared measuring system is connected into the dispensing path of the respective gaseous medium extending from the filling station to a consumer, and measures the transmission of infrared radiation at different wavelengths and different pressures. From the transmission measurements, the concentration of contaminants, which influence the quality, is calculated. At least when predetrminable quality parameters are exceeded, this exceeding is indicated.

  • Patent number: 10288091
Abstract: An ultrasonic displacement measurement system for hydraulic accumulators (3) has a movable separating element (5) separating two media chambers (9, 11) from each other in a media-tight manner within a housing (7). One media chamber (9) holds a compressible fluid or an incompressible fluid. The other media chamber (11) holds a compressible working gas. The particular position of the movable separating element (5) within the housing (7) can be detected by an ultrasonic sensor (13) that performs the position detection of the separating element (5) on the side of the media chamber (11) having the compressible fluid. A method for ultrasonic displacement measurement uses that system.

  • Patent number: 10007278
Abstract: A pneumatic valve, in particular a pneumatic proportional pressure control valve includes a valve housing (3), in which a piston valve element (5) is guided in a guide (7) under the effect of an actuating device (9) and of a restoring device (11). The restoring device exerts a spring force and acts on the valve element (5) counter to the applied magnetic force (FB) of the actuating device (9). The valve element controls a media flow between a first media connection (13) and a second media connection (15) on the valve housing (3). With the actuating device (9), the valve element (5) establishes a media-conducting connection (17) between the respective media connections (13, 15), while allowing for the forces prevailing, on the basis of the applied pressures multiplied by the respective pressure-active surfaces, the spring force, the flow forces and the magnetic force.
