  • Patent number: 8020709
Abstract: A filter element (1) has a filter pot (3) delimiting a cylindrical interior (5) and has a bottom part (7) with a fluid connection (11). A lid part (37) is opposite the bottom part. A filter medium (29) is adjacent to the inner wall of the filter pot (3) in the form of a hollow cylindrical body leaving the central region of the interior (5) free. Fluid passages (31) in the wall of the filter pot (3) surround the filter medium (29). A ring body (53) as a connecting part 10 between filter pot (3) and lid part (37) and has a jacket part (55) extending axially along the end section (57) of the filter pot (3). An end part (51) extends radially inward and spans the edge of the filter pot (3) and the edge of the lid part (37). On the end part (51) of the ring body (53) and on the lid part (37), interacting snap connectors (59, 61) are provided to form a snap connection between end part (51) and lid part (37).

  • Patent number: 7997421
Abstract: A filtering apparatus includes a pot-type filter housing (10), a filter element (28) accommodated in the housing, a holding mechanism (38) disposed in the filter housing (10) to removably fix the filter element along its longitudinal axis, and a sealing device (60) that seals between a lid (20) of the filter housing (10) and the filter element (28). The holding mechanism (38) is provided with cooperating holding elements embodied on the interior face of the filter housing (10) as well as on the filter element (28). The filtering apparatus dispenses with the need for O-seals that are known in prior art and extend in a radial direction between the filter element and the filter head as a housing lid because the sealing device (60) encompasses at least one sealing edge (62) or sealing surface placed parallel to the longitudinal axis in a radial direction and seals under the effect of the pressure applied it by the holding mechanism (38).

  • Patent number: 7845470
Abstract: A lubricating device for gear trains (10), especially for wind power stations, includes at least two gear stages (16,18) that are disposed next to each other and are effectively interconnected, and a lubricant circuit (20) into which at least one filter unit (26) is mounted. To prevent stagnant resting zones for the lubricant from being created within the gear train housing including the gear stages, while ensuring that the entire lubricant that circulates in the gear stages is fed to the filter unit to be drawn off and filtered within predefined periods of time, the lubricant circulating inside the lubricant circuit (20) is discharged at one gear stage (18), is drawn off through the filter unit, and can then be fed to the other gear stage (16).

  • Patent number: 7591490
Abstract: A coupling device provides a quick-release coupling of hose-like or tubular pipes to a connecting part at an outlet for a pressurized fluid. The connecting part has a locating face against which the end face of a flange positioned at the end of the pipe can be pressed by means of clamping screws. A sealing element is held between the flange and locating face. The clamping screws are anchored in the connecting part. The locating face of the connecting part is embodied by the base of a recess surrounding the outlet. The flange, at the end of the pipe, is housed in the recess such that the edge of the recess secures the flange against radial displacement. The clamping screws directly cooperate with the face of the flange opposite the end face.

  • Patent number: 7459078
Abstract: A filter device includes at least one filtering element arrangeable in a filter housing (11) connectable to a hydraulic device (9), in particular a hydraulic tank. The tank is connectable to the filter housing through hydraulic connections (37, 39) by a connection system in such a way that a fluid is enabled to circulate. The filter housing is removably mounted on the hydraulic device (9) by a fixing unit. The fixing unit is embodied in the form of a bayonet fitting (17, 19) which is lockable and detachable by the filter housing (11) rotation. The connection system has at least one movable locking element which locks in the locking position the hydraulic connection (37, 39) associated with it, and releases the connection after displacement in the open position. The locking element is displaceable in a sealing or opening position by rotational motions of the housing (11) for detaching and locking the bayonet fitting (17, 19).

  • Patent number: 7435347
Abstract: A filter device has a filter housing part (10) with a filter element (12) and can be detachably connected to another filter housing part (20). A valve (24) clears a fluid path in the interconnected state of the housing parts (10, 20) with the filter element, and in the separated state of the housing parts (10, 20) from one another or without the filter element at least partially blocks it. Instead of known quarter-turn fastener and stopper solutions, a blocking is devised which can be economically implemented and which requires decidedly less installation space. • Patent number: 7381324
Abstract: A hydromechanical driving device generates forward-pushing movements of a band-shaped filter material according to the pressure prevailing in the fluid to be filtered to operate band filter devices. The hydromechanical driving device includes a hydraulic accumulator (29) provided with a movable element (31) separating a first storage space (33) from a second storage space (35). The side of the separating element (31) bordering the first storage space (33) is impinged upon by the pressure generated the first storage space by the fluid to be filtered. A mechanical device (17) translates a movement of the separating element (31) into a forward pushing movement. A pressure control unit (47, 49, 51) generates lower pressure in the second storage space (35) than the pressure generated by the fluid to be filtered according to the amount of pressure and/or the degree of impurity of the fluid to be filtered. The lower pressure causes the separating element to be displaced.
