  • Patent number: 9004105
Abstract: A valve device includes a housing (2) and a valve piston (4) axially displaceable in a piston bore (3) of housing (2). First and second load connections (A, B) can alternately be connected to a pressure connection (P) and to tank connections (T1, T2) by moving the piston from an idle position by first and second solenoids (5, 6). First and second pilot control chambers (7, 9) pressurize first and second piston back sides (8, 10) of the valve piston (4). The pressure in the pilot control chambers (7, 9) is controlled by first and second pilot control pistons (12, 13) movable by the solenoids (5, 7). The pilot control chambers (7, 9) are connected via a connection (11) to the pressure connection (P). The pilot control pistons (12, 13) open or close connections (14) between the pilot control chambers (7, 9) and the tank connections (T1, T2).

  • Patent number: 8973609
Abstract: A valve assembly for regulating the pressure of a pressure medium (2) of a pressure medium pump (3) to at least one first consumer (4) includes a pilot-controlled pressure control valve (5) with a main piston (6) acted on by the pressure medium (2) and a pilot piston (7). • Patent number: 8840081
Abstract: A piloted proportional throttle valve has a valve piston (29) displaceably guided in the longitudinal direction in a valve housing (13) having a fluid inlet (2) and outlet (1). The front side of the valve piston (27) can be pressurized against a main valve seat (25) by fluid pressure acting on its back side. A pilot valve device has an actuating member (7) displaceable in the longitudinal direction by an electrically actuatable magnet system (4), and works with a pilot valve seat (37) in a bore (17) of the valve piston (29) connecting its back side to the fluid outlet (1) on the front side of the piston. The fluid pressure on the back side of the piston (29) is reduced for an opening motion when the pilot valve seat (33) is released. A flow baffle device (39) is disposed between the back side of the piston and the fluid inlet (2) of the housing (13) to build up the fluid pressure pressurizing the piston (29) against its closed position by introducing pilot fluid.

  • Patent number: 8807519
Abstract: A valve, in particular, a proportional pressure relief valve, includes an electrically controlled solenoid system (10) for the control of an operating part (12, 12a). The operating part cooperates with a valve element (26) extending longitudinally inside a valve housing (24) to release a fluid transport connection path between a fluid inlet (32) and a fluid outlet (34) in its open position and to block the through path in its closed position. An energy store, preferably in the form of a compression spring (58), is arranged between the operating part (12, 12a) and valve element (26) in a free gap between the two and tends to hold the valve element (26) in the direction of its closed position. The operating piece (12a) is embodied as a guide piston having a longitudinal guide for the valve element (26).

  • Patent number: 8701434
Abstract: A cooling device includes a cooling unit (10) penetrated by a fluid to be cooled, in particular hydraulic oil, and a filter unit (12) for filtering the fluid. • Patent number: 7841360
Abstract: A proportional pressure control valve includes a valve housing (38) with at least three fluid connections (1, 2, 3). The valve can be connected to a hydraulic drive system with a pre-determinable consumer pressure. • Patent number: 7426884
Abstract: A circuit arrangement includes a load sensing system (LS) with individual loads (10,14) arranged in series forming a series section, and in parallel forming a parallel section. A hydraulic supply circuit (12) includes a supply pump (P) and a runback (16) for fluid. The load sensing system (LS) determines the highest load pressure in the series section and the parallel section. The loads of the parallel section can be actuated independently from the pressure level of the loads of the series section due to the highest load pressure being transferred as a control pressure to a valve unit (18) such that, as long as the load pressure of the parallel section is higher than the load pressure of the series section, the valve unit restricts the runback (16) so that the pressure of the supply pump (P) matches or exceeds the pressure required in the parallel section. Sufficient fluid pressure for the load in the parallel section is ensured independently of the number of loads in the series section.
