  • Patent number: 9744486
Abstract: A filter device has filter elements (23) received in a filter housing (1) with a filter inlet (19) and a filter outlet (21). Flow passes through the filter elements (23) for a filtration or backwash in both directions. At least one filter element (23) performs the filtration. At least one other filter element (23), for cleaning off its active filter surface, can be backwashed by a backwash appliance. For supporting the backwashing, the appliance contains a pressure control (43) having a pressure control element (45). During a backwash operation, the fluid flow is controllable in a fluid connection between filter inlet (19) and the filter element (23) that is to be cleaned off. The fluid connection has a connection space (29) having element openings (27), each of which can be connected to an open end of the filter cavity forming the unfiltered side of each filter element (23). A fluid pathway (27) is provided via which, during the filtration, unfiltrate flows into the connection space (29).

  • Patent number: 9233326
Abstract: A separating device for separating a multiphase medium includes a cyclone separating device (1) that provokes an at least partial distribution of at least two phases of the medium with the formation of a vortex flow for the medium. Each phase having a lower density compared to the other phase is separated from the other phase and can be guided out of the separating device by a collecting device (35, 37).

  • Patent number: 9180388
Abstract: A filter device for fluids, in particular for low viscosity fluids such as water, includes a filter housing (1) in which element holders (31) are provided for a plurality of filter elements (21). Filter medium (35) of each filter element in the filter housing (1) separates an unfiltered side (5) from a clean side (7). The filter housing (1) can be opened for inserting and removing the filter elements (21). A carrier in the form of a basket (19) is provided for the filter elements (21). The basket can be inserted into and removed from the filter housing (1). The filter elements (21) can be releasably secured at the basket.

  • Publication number: 20130292321
Abstract: The invention relates to a filter device comprising at least one filter housing (1) in which at least one filter element (21) is arranged. Inside the filter housing (1), the filter element separates a clean side (9) from an untreated side (13). The device is characterised in that, on the clean side (9) of the respective filter housing (1) at least one storage unit (3) having at least one movable separating element (47) is connected, which divides the storage unit (3) into two working chambers (49) or pressure chambers (43).

  • Publication number: 20120102899
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for purifying gas, comprising at least one housing (2) comprising a first chamber (6) into which the gas to be purified can flow, and a second chamber (10) forming a filter chamber, out of which the purified gas exits and comprising a filter device through which the gas can flow having filter media (54) both for separating out solid particles and for dehumidifying the gas for precipitating coalesced fluid, the first chamber (6) comprising a cyclone (60) for pre-dehumidifying the gas, from which dirt particles and fluids can be discharged into a third chamber (14) of the housing (2), characterized in that the housing (2) is composed of an upper housing part (8) comprising the second chamber (10) forming the filter chamber, a middle housing part (4) comprising a first chamber (6) having the cyclone (60), and a lower housing part (12) forming the third chamber (14), that can be clamped together by means of at least one tensioning bolt (32), forming a closed pressure vessel.

  • Publication number: 20100276356
Abstract: The invention relates to a filter device, comprising a plurality of filter elements (21), which can be received in a filter housing having a filter inlet for a fluid to be filtered and a filter outlet for the filtered fluid, wherein flow through the filter elements (21) is possible in both directions for filtration or backwashing. Because the shut-off element (41) is a fast-closing plate valve (43), which can be actuated by means of a hydraulic piston (53) and blocks the fluid connection mentioned above so quickly that a feeding effect is created in the manner of a pressure blow on the backwashed filter element (21), said feeding effect increasing the cleaning of pollution on the filter element (21), an improved backwashing cleaning is achieved.
