Patents Assigned to Hydro Systems, Inc.
  • Patent number: 10455761
Abstract: An apparatus for injecting liquid fertilizer into a water flow line in a sprinkler system, includes an injector mechanism body having a water inlet and a water outlet adapted to be connected in the water flow line of the sprinkler system so that water flows through at least a portion of the injector mechanism body, a plunger chamber, a plunger movably positioned in the plunger chamber, a paddle wheel positioned to be rotated by water flowing through the injector mechanism body, a plunger gear coupled to the paddle wheel and the plunger so as to rotate when the paddle wheel rotates so as to move the plunger back and forth within the plunger chamber and a valve assembly secured at a fixed location in the plunger chamber.

  • Patent number: 5213694
Abstract: An apparatus and method for controlling the amount and concentration of make-up water and chemicals introduce into the recirculating water of a cooling tower system. A float operated make-up valve controls the addition of make-up water to the tower. As make-up water is added to the tower a vacuum is produced at an injector valve which draws chemicals from a chemical holding tank into the make-up water, thereby allowing precise control of the chemical concentration in the make-up liquid. Further, a bleed valve is provided which is responsive to the vacuum produced at the injector valve and bleeds a portion of the recirculating water to waste.

  • Patent number: 5131784
Abstract: A clamp mechanism for an adjustable torsion bar of a boat lift. The torsion bar includes square tubes which fit together telescopically to allow the torsion bar length to be adjusted. Each clamp mechanism includes a pair of opposing angle members lined on the inside faces of their flanges with plates which extend along a part of the length of each flange. The angle members are applied in opposition to one another with the inside faces of the flanges directly against the larger tube and the plates against the smaller tube. The angle members are clamped to the tubes by nuts and bolts applied to lugs which project from the angle members.

  • Patent number: 4919814
Abstract: A system and method for treating "septage" (i.e., wastewater collected from septic tanks and similar installations) utilizes a reactor tank for treating the anaerobic wastewater with an oxygen-containing fluid so as to substantially increase the dissolved oxygen content and thereby render the wastewater aerobic and suitable for input into a municipal wastewater treatment facility. Volatile gases are drawn off from all of the reactor tanks and placed into a treatment tank for a reduction of the bacterial and odor levels by reaction with a chlorine-containing water output of the municipal wastewater treatment facility.
