Abstract: A swim in place system and method are provided. The system comprises a swim in place pool, at least one sensor, at least one pump associated with said at least one sensor, at least one processor, and a memory comprising instructions which when executed by the at least one processor configure the at least one processor to perform the method. The method comprises receiving object location data from at least one sensor, and actuating the at least one pump associated with the at least one sensor when the object is positioned inside a set perimeter within said swim in place pool. The object positioned in a swim in place pool.

Abstract: A swim spa cover having a first bottom protection layer and may be positioned over the body of water. The first bottom protection layer includes a first radiant barrier. The swim spa cover includes a series of support rods that are adapted to engage across the first bottom protection layer. The swim spa cover includes a second rounded support layer positioned on top of the support rods. A third waterproof top layer is adapted to engage across the second rounded support layer. A first air gap is created between the body of water and first bottom protection layer. A second air gap is created between the series of support rods, the first bottom protection layer and the second rounded support layer. A third air gap is created within the second rounded support.
Abstract: There is provided a swim-in-place spa, comprising a basin for containing water, a circulation subsystem having a primary conduit extending from an inlet in the basin, a pump fluidly connected to the primary conduit to pump water from the inlet, a swim-in-place jet affixed to the basin, and a secondary conduit extending from the pump to the swim-in-place jet, in operation the pump inducing a flow of water toward the swim-in-place jet. The swim-in-place jet has a nozzle and a diffuser downstream of the nozzle relative to the flow of water, a nozzle outlet smaller than a diffuser inlet, the nozzle outlet and the diffuser inlet disposed in a spaced-apart relationship defining a gap for receiving a flow of entrained water. The circulation subsystem is configured for creating a water jet matching a cross-section of a swimmer.
Abstract: A construction profile for a spa tub base including a top flat surface and an interior top edge extending inward from the top flat surface towards a central plane. An interior engaging surface may extend vertically from the interior top edge down the length of the construction profile. An interior bottom edge extends from the interior engaging surface and outward from the center plane to a bottom stepped surface which may have an attachment groove. An exterior bottom edge may extend outward from the bottom stepped surface and the central plane. An exterior facing surface may extend up from the exterior bottom edge and engage an exterior top edge extending outward from the exterior facing surface to the top flat surface.
