Such a formulation increases the sensory performance of homemade flavored coffee prepared by brewing or filtration. The combination of the sweeteners and foaming agent enhances the body of the coffee and the presence of foam presents improvement of texture in the taste, transforming the filtered or brewed coffee in a coffee similar to the espresso coffee.
