  • Publication number: 20150157778
Abstract: A magnetic driving pump device includes: an impeller; driven bodies integrally rotating together with the impeller and including permanent magnets; a drive unit including a magnet body on which a permanent magnet is placed such that when the drive unit rotates around a predetermined axis, different magnetic poles alternately appear on an outer periphery of the drive unit; and a rotation actuator rotating the magnet body around its axis. The magnet body is arranged side-by-side with respect to the driven bodies in a state that an axis of the magnet body is oriented to a direction which is not at right angles with respect to a rotation center of the impeller, and the impeller is rotated through the driven bodies by rotating the magnet body by the rotation actuator.

  • Patent number: 8830019
Abstract: The structure includes cylindrical columnar and tubular bonded magnets. The columnar magnet has at least one pair of N and S poles that are alternately produced in the longitudinal direction. The tubular magnet surrounds the columnar magnet, and has at least one pair of N and S poles that are alternately produced in the longitudinal direction. Poles of the columnar and tubular magnets that are opposed to each other in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the columnar magnet as the propulsion force direction are of opposite magnetic polarity so that magnetic fields are produced in the direction perpendicular to the propulsion force direction. The surface magnetic flux density profile balance can be smoothed by adjusting higher and lower parts of the profiles of the columnar and tubular magnets.

  • Patent number: 7329196
Abstract: In a guide for a transmission chain, a slide rail elongated in the direction of travel of the chain, and having a front surface for sliding engagement with the chain, is supported by a rail support which extends perpendicularly from the back side of the slide rail. The guide is formed by sandwich molding and comprises a glass fiber-reinforced polymer resin forming a core of the rail support, and a wear-resistant polymer resin forming both the slide rail, and a skin layer on the rail support, the skin layer of the rail support being unitary with the slide rail. A plurality of hollow, heat-dissipating, cavities extend inwardly from both sides of the slide rail in directions transverse to the direction of elongation of the slide rail.

  • Patent number: 6890277
Abstract: A guide for as transmission device such as a chain or belt, is injection molded using a sandwich-molding process. The sandwhich-molded guide comprises a slide rail on which a chain or belt slides, and a rail supporting member intergrally provided along with the slide rail. The slide rail is composed of a material the principle component of which is first polymeric material having wear resistance and heat resistance, and the rail supporting member is composed of a material the principle component of which is a second polymeric material having higher strength than the material having the first polymeric material as its principle component. The slide rail and the rail supporting member are intimately joined to each other by injection molding using the sandwhich molding process.

  • Patent number: 5901885
Abstract: A shaker cap having a cover which can be opened easily and is adapted to close automatically. The cap includes a cylindrical cap body having a top wall formed with holes and a threaded portion threaded onto the mouth of a shaker. The holes of the cap body are opened and closed by a cover. The cover is coupled to a control piece through gear engagement so that when the control piece is pressed, the cover pivots open. As soon as the pressure on the control piece is removed, the control piece spontaneously moves back to the original rest position biased by a spring piece. The cover thus pivots shut.

  • Patent number: 5152605
Abstract: The apparatus for making cooled concrete of this invention produces cooled fresh concrete by cooling the aggregate (or gravel). The aggregate is cooled by immersion in a cooling water bath accommodated in a cooling water tank. The cooling water in the tank is cooled by a heat exchanger, which in turn is cooled by a forced cooling device. The aggregate is immersed into the cooling water bath by a supply and ejection apparatus, which also removes the cooled aggregate from the cooling water bath. The cooled aggregate is supplied to a cement mixer where it is mixed to become cooled fresh concrete.
