Abstract: A system and method for directing entrants at a checkpoint using a mobile device, wherein the method can comprise receiving by an Access Control Operations Center (ACOC) server a request for entry, identification data, and a mobile number from a checkpoint computer that are related to an entrant. The method can comprise requesting one or more records associated with the identification data, from one or more public records databases to perform a background check. The method can comprise receiving by the ACOC server the records from the one or more public record databases, determining an initial adjudication result of the background check, communicating an initial directive by the ACOC server to the entrant or to an attendant if the initial adjudication result of the background check does not meet predefined criteria, and sending a subsequent directive on the mobile number based on a subsequent adjudication of the background.

Abstract: A system and method for processing a citation is disclosed herein. In particular, the method comprises receiving from a mobile citation device a citation record related to a citation issued to a violator, recording to a storage device the citation record, transmitting to a citation officer computer a first portion of the citation record, receiving a citation officer disposition data from the citation officer computer, wherein the citation officer disposition data is added to the citation record.

Abstract: A method and system for processing a citation are disclosed. Specifically, a method for processing a citation can include receiving from a mobile citation device a citation record related to a citation issued to a violator. Further, a citation, comprising at least a portion of the citation record and fields to be completed by the Supervisor can be sent to a Supervisor of the violator. Further, the citation completed by the Supervisor can be received and information in the fields completed by the Supervisor can be captured.

A series of inputs from the one or more input devices of a mobile device is received. The series of inputs can be computed to a unique sequence associated with a function. Then, a function is executed if the combination of inputs matches the unique sequence.
