    Abstract: A beverage concentrate system (10) includes a brewer (12), a receptacle (14), a heat exchanger (16) and pump (22). Beverage concentrate is pumped by pump (22) from the receptacle (14) and through the heat exchanger (16). The beverage concentrate is cooled in the heat exchanger (16) with water. The coolant water and the beverage concentrate are dispensed to form a finished beverage.
